Payment of registration fees can be made through this website using a credit card https://www.euskadi.net/appcont/newPaymentGateway/pdf/Proceso_Pago_Ciudadano_VISA_en.pdf

After registration, you will receive a confirmation by email. If you do NOT receive email confirmation once your registration has been completed, please let us know by email: ceb-eib2015@ehu.eus

The payment platform will provide receipts of the payment for registration fees. All the participants who need a detailed invoice for registration fee should ask it by email, including all the data for invoicing (ceb-eib2015@ehu.eus)

Visa Requirements

Some participants may require Visas in order to enter Spain. Please check with your local Spanish Consulate or Embassy if a visa is compulsory. Ask to the Organizing Committee if you need any document for that. 

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be faxed; electronically mailed or post marked. Cancellations or changes must be sent to the president of the Organizing Committee :

Refund of registration fees will be as follows:

• Postmarked before July 31, 2015 –100% refund
• Postmarked after July 31, 2015 up to September 1, 2015 –50% refund
• No refund on cancellations sent after September 1, 2015

Liability

The Conference Organizers cannot accept liability for personal accidents, nor loss of or damages to private property of participants either during or directly arising from the "Conference". Participants should make their own arrangements with respect to health and travel insurance.
