2. ERASMUS COORDINATOR: NOMINATION
Nomination of students to the UPV/EHU
We only have a single nomination period for mobilities that will take place from September 24 to June 25 (regardless of the semester in which the mobility takes place).
The deadline for receiving nominations and forms (all degrees, regardless of the course or semester) starts on 1 February and ends on 31 May.
We cannot admit students for internships during the months of June, July and August as they are "non-teaching months".
Priority period for clinical internships in the 6th year of Medicine: September to December. Outside these dates will be considered but there is no guarantee the availability of places.

The Erasmus+ coordinator of the home university sends the nominations of the selected student to the Erasmus+ coordinator of the Faculty of Medicine and Nursing of the UPV/EHU: medicina.internacional@ehu.eus, indicating:
- Name and surname;
- Passport number;
- E-mail address of the student,
- Degree and
- Course to be conducted.
