A minimum knowledge of Spanish, equivalent to level B1, is required in order to ensure you will be able to successfully follow and make the most of theoretical classes and practical activities.

Given the presence at the University of the Basque Country (UPV/EHU) of students from exchange programmes (ERASMUS, SICUE, Latin America and other destinations), as well as those from Scientific Research and Cooperation Programmes, the Pro Vice-Chancellor for Postgraduate Studies and International Relations offers Language courses for Visiting Students (Spanish and Basque) at the Araba (Vitoria-Gasteiz), Gipuzkoa (Donostia-San Sebastián) and Bizkaia (Bilbao / Leioa) campuses.
