The paper presents the first results of an international research on teacher skills for the digital age. With the purpose of identifying a list of skills that teachers need in the digital age, a survey among university teachers, trainers and secondary level teachers was carried out and the importance of the results was classified according to the Cronbach's Alpha for Reliable Surveys.
