Application form
The application form must be completed by the incoming student, who has been previously nominated by the mobility coordinator of the home university. Online application form (registration) is compulsory.
Deadline
First semester (Winter semester) or annual | May 1st - May 31st |
Second semester (Spring semester) | November 1st- November 30th |
Online application form (registration) is compulsory. Students who have not sent the application form by the established deadline will not be admitted.
Aplication procedure
- After receiving the official nomination made by the Mobility Coordinator of the home university; we will send each student an invitation to apply through the Student Mobility Management System to complete the online application.
- The invitation will be sent by email in the last week of April.
- We will send a scanned copy of “acceptance letter” after finishing the online application procedure.
- Documents the student should upload to the online application form before your arrival:
- Learning agreement
- Copy of ID or Passport
- Required insurance document
- Photo
