Find out where the nearest Spanish Embassy or Consulate is to your place of residence in order to get information there.

You should send us a copy of your passport on completion of the registration (before 29 May 2024). 

Note: In the event it is confirmed that you will need to arrange for a visa, bear in mind that the process of obtaining a visa can last up to 60 days, so it is vital to start taking the necessary steps sufficiently early in order to be able to travel on time. It is the student's responsibility to be aware of the visa requirements according to their country of origin. If necessary, the organisation will issue an invitation letter for the processing of the visa, once registration has been completed by the student.
