Step 1: Fill out the admission form

Registration in the Basque Culture International Summer School 2024 is done once and exclusively online. To start the process you will have to fill out the admission form (we advise using Chrome or Firefox).

Register in the application form and select Basque Culture International Summer School 2024. In this form, as well as your personal data and type of registration you wish to undertake, you must indicate which accommodation option you are choosing so that the appropriate measures can be initiated in the event that you have chosen accommodation in the university hall of residence. Remember that if you need to check in or check out on dates other than those mentioned, you must inform us in the registration form and we will let you know if this is possible.

Step 2: Acceptance letter and request for the necessary documentation

Once the request has been made you will receive an email confirming your registration, reminding you about the deadlines for complete payment of the registration and asking you for other complementary information. If you have decided to stay in the Olarain you will also receive a promotion code which you should use in order to make your reservation with the special Basque Culture rates (see the Accommodation section).

Bear in mind that your passport should be up to date. In the event that a visa is required because of your country of residence, obtaining this visa as well as fulfilling the application process according to the established deadlines will be your responsibility. If necessary, the organisation will issue an invitation letter for the processing of the visa once the registration has been completed by the student.

Step 3: Formalisation of the registration

You must pay the remaining cost of the registration, and, if applicable, the accommodation, before 22 May 2024. Not paying the full cost of the registration or accommodation by the date indicated will lead to losing your reserved place and the money already paid (see the section on Terms, conditions and cancellations). Remember that purchasing an insurance policy is obligatory as registration for the Basque Culture International Summer School 2024 only includes civil liability insurance. On completion of your registration you must send us a copy of the insurance policy and of your passport.
