STEP 1. INITIAL DOCUMENTATION

Nomination of the student: The Mobility Coordinator of the university of origin will send the data of the students selected to study in the UPV/EHU to the coordinator of the corresponding Faculty. The following data should be filled in on the form:
- Full name
- Type of identity document (identity card, passport…)
- Identity document number
- Sex
- Date of birth (Day/Month/Year)
- The student’s email address

The student nominated by the university of origin will receive an email containing an invitation to complete his/her enrolment online.
Tutorial to carry out your application online. If you have difficulties accessing the program, write to your destination Faculty to solve the problem.

The nominated student should sent the following documentation to the Mobility Coordinator of the subject in which he/she will study:

- Learning Agreement proposal:
Periods for sending the documentation:
- Before 30 June (for 1st term and annual mobility periods)
- Before 30 November (for mobility periods in the 2nd term)

First term:
- Enrolment in the Secretariat of the Faculty (Venue or Section): two weeks after the date of arrival.
- Classes start: 11 September 2023
- Classes finish: 19 january 2024
Second term:
- Enrolment in the Secretariat of the Faculty (Venue or Section): two weeks after the date of arrival.
- Classes start: 22 January 2024
- Classes finish: 5 July 2024

A local student will help you settle in after your arrive at the UPV/EHU
Check that your contact details and the date of arrival are correct before sending the form
When you receive an email from us with the contact details of your BUDDY, don’t forget to write to him/her
If your trip has been cancelled, please tell us as soon as possible. That way, your BUDDY can help someone else settle in
