ERASMUS+ has decided to limit applications submitted to National Agencies within Cooperation Partnerships (KA2) to a maximum number of ten or five depending on the category per institution and per deadline, either as applicant or as partner. The categories affected are:

1. Cooperation Partnerships – Max. 10 applications*

• KA220-SCH
• KA220-ADU
• KA220-VET
• KA220-YOU

1. Small-scale Partnerships – Max. 5 applications*

• KA210-SCH
• KA210-ADU
• KA210-VET
• KA210-YOU

(*) This maximum number takes into account all applications submitted to National Agencies in all joint areas within each of the categories.

Given this situation, the Vice-Rectorate for Research requests that each department send the expressions of interest it has so far before January 10 to preselect the UPV/EHU applications that can finally be submitted in March 2025. To this end, a registration form has been set up that must be filled out for each expression of interest.

The preselection decision will be communicated before January 20. Priority will be given to representing as many departments as possible, so if you wish to submit more than one application per department, it is recommended that you indicate the order of preference.
