ENLIGHT's Matchmaking Event: Mark Your Calendars for April 29 and 30!

The ENLIGHT Matchmaking Event is a pivotal opportunity for researchers to forge thematic collaborations with esteemed representatives from our network of universities across Europe, including Bern, Ghent, Galway, Göttingen, Groningen, the Basque Country, Tartu, Bratislava, and Uppsala. This event offers significant prospects for collaboration and networking with fellow ENLIGHT researchers.

When? 

The event spans two days. It takes place on 29 and 30 April via Zoom. The detailed programme and registration link for the event will appear soon. 

Monday, 29 April: ENLIGHT Matchmaking Tools Presentation and Project Pitching

Explore the ENLIGHT matchmaking tools and engage in concise pitching sessions dedicated to fostering research collaborations. Whether you are seeking partners for an ENLIGHT Thematic Network or preparing a joint funding proposal, this is your chance to present your ideas in a brief 5-minute pitch, followed by a focused 5-minute Q&A session. Templates for pitches will be prodived at the inscription, and additional matchmaking opportunities will be facilitated through the b2match platform.

Thematic sessions will be organized along our six ENLIGHT focus areas:

  • Energy and circular economy

Tuesday, 30 April: Event for Early Career Researchers

Participate in a focused event tailored for Early Career Researchers, addressing leadership, networking skills, and pragmatic insights into matchmaking for career development. The program, balancing theory with hands-on experience, will be published shortly. Early Career Researchers are also welcome to join on 29 April for an extra opportunity to engage and learn.
