Brief description: The goal of CODEDU is to draw attention to the value of coding in education and the relationship between this educational method with students' cognitive abilities and absorption of knowledge. Thanks to CODEDU's highly detailed curriculum for teachers, they will learn how to engage students in the learning process, by introducing an innovative teaching method. Also, a course of study and practice, which will be available on the gamified e-Learning platform aimed at students, will provide coding principles and knowledge for the operation of Arduino modules, which gains increasing attention for automating numerous tasks. The curriculum and the course will be created using the most recent data from academic articles and realworld experience. By the end of the project, innovators at schools will be supported with a state-of-the-art toolkit and students will also have improved their levels of creativity, attitude, and motivation via the integrated coding activities, while producing many creative ideas in coding applications to solve various problems encountered in daily life. Last but not least, knowledge of coding and microcontroller systems, like the Arduino, is increasingly in demand across many industries, thus CODEDU provides students with career opportunities.
