There is some funding available for graduate students and early career researchers. The deadline to apply for funding is the 15th of May.

The grantees are excepted to pay the amount of 100 euros, and the organization will cover the rest of their accommodation expenses at the Unamuno residence in Bilbao, as well as meals, in the period June 28-July 11 (arrival and departure days of the workshop). In very exceptional circumstances, we may be able to cover all the local expenses of a participant.

If you would like to apply for a grant, please, send an e-mail to the conference e-mail  address HannaNeumannBilbao@gmail.com with the following information:

• Your name
• Nationality
• Affiliation
• ID or passport number
• Name of Ph.D. supervisor (if you are a student)
• Days of arrival and departure

The organizing committee will inform the grantees by the 22nd of May. For the grant to be confirmed, it is necessary to pay the amount of 100 euros by the 31st of May, by bank transfer as indicated in the section "How to register". In this case, you should ask your bank to fill in the reference field as follows:

Please, do not forget to indicate the given reference, since we cannot otherwise identify your payment.

Once you have made the transfer, you should send proof of payment to the conference e-mail address HannaNeumannBilbao@gmail.com. If we do not receive such a message by the 31st of May, we will understand that the applicant declines the grant.
