Registration for RTNSA and IWMW will be open starting from April 15th to July 3rd, 2015. To register you need to pay your Registration fee and send us filled in Registration form. Please, find information on Registration fee in the Table and the Registration form file attached below. Registration procedure for RTNSA & IWMW Invited speakers will be announced in personal mail. You can pay your Registration fee: 1) by CARD online (VISA, Mastercard or Maestro); 2) by MONEY TRANSFER to University of the Basque Country or 3) by CASH at the conference desk. 1) If you will pay your Registration fee online, please click on the link below the Table of rates and follow the instructions (you can switch to English on the left top corner). You will need to fill in your personal details, choose RTNSA or IWMW, and click on "Confirmation and payment". Then, you will be able to revise your personal data and mark whether you need a receipt or not. Then, you should choose your payment method ("Gateaway" or "Note") and click on "Confirmation and payment" again. You will be directed to official "Mi pago" web where you will have to choose type of your card, enter card information and click on "Pay". Please, contact Secretary if you have any problems with payment online (I can provide you with more detailed instructions of payment procedure). 2) If you will pay your Registration fee by money transfer our details are as following: Name of bank - Kutxabank, IBAN : ES94 2095 5381 1910 6117 3539, BIC : BASKES2BXXX An account holder to pay your Registration fee is: Angel Alegria Loinaz (UPV account responsible person). Please, have in mind that international money transfer can take from 3 to 7 working days. DO NOT FORGET TO INCLUDE YOUR NAME TO YOUR TRANSACTION DESCRIPTION (OR TO COMMENTS FIELD)! The currency to pay registration fee is Euro only. Students, retirees and participants from third (low income) countries are eligible to pay reduced registration fee. Please, check Grants section to find information about Grants for students and reduced fee regulations. Reduced fee includes all regular registration activities. Accompanying persons of RTNSA & IWMW participants are welcome. The fee to pay registration for accompanying person is RTNSA 200 € / IWMW 100 € (this fee includes local transportation, meals during all days of conference , welcome party, cheeze & wine party and conference dinner). Registration cancellation policy for RTNSA & IWMW is as following: - A penalty of 50 Euros will be applicable to those who will cancel their participation before June 15th - No refund will be made for those who will cancel their participation after June 15th RTNSA & IWMW Organizers can provide every RTNSA & IWMW participant with five following documents - INVITATION LETTER, INVOICE (FACTURA), RECEIPT, CERTIFICATE OF ABSTRACT ACCEPTANCE, CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE (CERTIFICATE OF ASSISTANCE): - those who will need to apply for a visa, please request Invitation letter from the Secretary providing your personal information (for more information see "Visa to Spain") - those who will need an Invoice (Factura), please, request it from Secretary by e-mail - those who will need a Receipt to confirm payment of the conference / workshop fee will be provided with such document by request from the Secretary - those who will need a Certificate of Abstract acceptance, please request it from Secretary - we will provide RTNSA & IWMW participants with Certificate of Attendance (Certificate of Assistance) for those who need to confirm attendance of the conference (by request at the conference desk)
