Information about visa
Visitors from EU countries, Iceland, Norway and Switzerland need a valid passport or valid ID document to enter Spain (EU citizens do not require Spanish visa to enter Spain).
Visitors from some non EU countries need a valid passport or valid ID docuemnt to enter Spain for a period not exceeding 90 days (some non EU citizens do not require Spanish visa to enter Spain for a period no longer than 90 days once in 6-month period).
Visitors from other non EU countries need a valid passport or valid ID document and a visa to enter Spain (some non EU citizens will require Spanish visa to enter Spain even for a short period of stay).

The organizers of RTNSA & IWMW conference can issue Invitation letter to those who need to apply for a visa. Please, contact Embassy of Spain in the country of your origin to ask about required documents for a visa application (list of documents, type of Invitation letter, period of visa issuing etc.). Keep in mind, that in some countries Embassy of Spain can ask for original Invitation letter (hard copy of Invitation letter in Spanish language) issued by the local organization. In our case, local host university, University of the Basque Country, will issue this document to you. Please, contact Embassy of Spain in the country of your origin to determine what kind of documents / what kind of Invitation letter you have to present to apply for a Spanish visa. Have in view, that we will need time (around 2 weeks) to prepare and send original Invitation letter to your local mailing address (by original Invitation letter we mean a hard copy of Invitation letter in Spanish language assigned by the local host University). So, please, start visa application procedure in advance, because demands on the list of documents, time of visa issuing can vary within the countries.
Those who need to present electronic copy of Invitation letter to apply for a Spanish visa can obtain this letter, simply by completing online registration on our web-site. After you will pay your registration fee we will send you electronic copy of Invitation letter to your mailbox (by demand).
Those who need to present original Invitation letter to apply for a Spanish visa should contact us to rtnsa.iwmw2015@gmail.com so we can start to prepare your Invitation letter. Please, indicate in your e-mail following information: 1) title of your paper, 2) your full name as it is written in PASSPORT (if applicable - full name of accompanying person as it is written in passport), 3) country and city of your origin (if applicable - country and city of origin of your accompanying person), 4) your passport number, passport expiration date (if applicable - passport number and passport expiration date of your accompanying person), 5) your date of birth (if applicable . date of birth of your accompanying person), 6) your complete mailing address (we will send you Invitation letter to the mail address which will be indicated).
