All RTNSA and IWMW participants and accompanying persons are invited to participate in the following events: Welcome party, Cheeze & Wine party and Conference dinner. All these events are included to the general or reduced Registration fee. We will announce time and place of mentioned events shortly.

Welcome party (opening ceremony)

We plan to conduct a Welcome party on June 29th, 2015 at XPM to celebrate the opening of RTNSA & IWMW 2015. Some drinks and appetizers ("pintxos") will be offered.

Cheese & Wine party

Cheese & Wine party will take a place on July 1st, 2015 at XPM. You will have a chance to try variety of local cheeses as well as famous Basque cheese known as "Idiazabal cheese" ("Queso Idiazábal") made from unpasteurized sheep milk. Also, local Spanish wine will be served. 

Conference dinner (closing ceremony)

We will organize a Conference dinner on July 2nd, 2015 at XPM as closing ceremony of our conference and workshop. Local Spanish / Basque cousine and wines will be served (including vegetarian menu).

Excursion "San Sebastian - Getaria"

RTNSA & IWMW Organizing committee would like to invite you to participate in the Excursion "San Sebastian - Getaria" organized by "Delikatuz" tourist office of Ordizia.

The excursion will take a place on July 3rd from 3PM to 10PM.

This excursion includes the following activities:
1) Tourist bus route with a sighseeing and visit of the most attractive
monuments / places of interest in San Sebastian (guide will be provided)
2) Route to Getaria (Getaria is a beuatiful village located on the Basque harbor)
3) Visit of "Cristobal Balenciaga" Museum in Getaria
4) One hour of free time to spend in Getaria on your own
5) Dinner in "Mayflower"* restaurant located in the downtown of Getaria
6) Transportation from Getaria to your hotel in Ordizia

The price for the Excursion "San Sebastian - Getaria" is 75€ per person (including all mentioned activities).

We need to collect minimum of 40 requests for this excursion in order to organize it for you.
