The WinMet data base (wine metabolome data base) is open access and it can be downloaded from this website. Names (common and International Union of Pure and Applied Chemistry, IUPAC), Chemical Abstracts Service (CAS) registry number, molecular formulae, monoisotopic accurate mass, published references and family of each metabolite are attached in this database. The WinMet includes polar, semipolar, and non-polar putative wine compounds (2109 compounds) with molecular weights between 70 and 1700 Da, such as sugars, phenols, amino acids, organic acids, biogenic amines, fattyacids, esters and high alcohols reported to be present in red and white wine WinMet is a database written in ".csv" format.
