Course Catalogue at the Faculty of Arts
Incoming exchange students are allowed to take any course taught at the Faculty of Arts, regardless of their studies at their home university. The course offerings for Bachelor studies can be checked through the following links:

Exchange students at the Faculty of Arts must take at least half of their study load (ECTS credits) in our Faculty. Therefore, it is possible to take courses in other faculties on the Alava Campus by request, provided that the coordinator of the corresponding faculty has approved it beforehand.

In addition to the subjects taught in English, exchange students also have access to courses called English Friendly Courses (EFC). These subjects are taught in Spanish, but the syllabus, lecturer tutoring and assignments/exams are available in English. These subjects are aimed especially for exchange students who have a good command of the Spanish language, but prefer to be assessed in English. Spanish and Basque courses for visiting students
In addition to the offer of Bachelor's subjects, visiting students have the option of taking an intensive Spanish course before the beginning of the first semester. Furthermore, Spanish and Basque courses are also offered to visiting students during each four-month period. These courses can be included in the Learning Agreement because ECTS credits are obtained and a certificate with the grade achieved is issued.
