At the present:

She took a doctor's degree in Pedagogy at Salamanca University and was awarded with the  extraordinary doctorate award of 2000.

She is Professor in the Department of Didactics and School Organisation of the University of the Basque Country UPV/EHU, and teacher in the Degree of Pedagogy, University Master in Teacher Training of Secondary Education, and University Master in Research in Social and Educational Spheres.

Coordinator of the Educational Advisory Service at the Gipuzkoa Campus (2009-2018) and member of the Academic Committee of the Master's Degree in Research in Socio-Educational Spheres and of the Doctorate Programme School, Language and Society in which she participates with the research lines of the Ikasgura group.

Currently her research lines are focused on the university community: design, development and evaluation of training processes of university teachers, construction of innovative learning contexts, analysis and impact of the development of skills of university students, empowerment of university students and quality of life at the University ...

The researcher has participated in 31 research projects and contracts/conventions with public and private companies, and has published 84 enquiry and transfer papers with ISSN and ISBN of which 38 are articles in indexed scientific journals: 4 in JCR, 9 in Scopus and 25 in journals with other quality indicators (Latindex, Dice, Erih, Carhus Plus, Resh...).

The number of citations in 2013/2018 in Scopus is 27 and the h-index is 3. The total citations in Google Academic are 326, of which 287 are from 2013, the total h-index is 10 (9 from 2013) and the index ¡10 total of 11 (from 9 from 2013).
