Biography
She studied Industrial Chemical Engineering the University of the Basque Country, in the Faculty of Engineering, Gipuzkoa. There, she also got her Master's Degree in Engineering of Renewable Materials. She developed her end of degree project entitled "Power to Gas: Study of the Sabatier Reaction" under the supervision of Dr. Sven Steinigeweg and her end of master project, "Preparation and Characterization of Poly (vinyl alcohol) and Tannin electrospun mats reinforced with Cellulose Nanocrystals", under the supervision of Dr. Cristina Peña and Dr. Aitor Arbelaiz.
In 2016 she became part of the GMT as a researcher with the Project "NANOcomposites con PROpiedades FUNcionales" financed by the University of the Basque Country and leaded by Dr. Arantxa Eceiza.
Research
She is currently doing her PhD studies in the GMT research team. Her research is centered in the search for new materials for 3D printing, focusing in waterborne polyurethanes and their reinforcement with natural nanoentities.
