There are four official hotels for the congress, where attendees can easily book rooms.

Bookings can be made from 20 January to 20 March inclusive. After that time we cannot guarantee that the rates agreed will be maintained.

 Bookings will be arranged in order of arrival and payment.

During the same days there will be more conferences in Bilbao, affecting the occupation of the hotels. For this reason, we recommend that you make your reservations as soon as possible.
