The Doctoral School of the UPV/EHU will organize, in collaboration with the University of Pau et des Pays de l'Adour (UPPA), the UPPA-UPV/EHU Cross-Border Doctorials, to be held from 21 to 24 October in Biella (France).

For the ninth consecutive year, the doctorials will seek to develop the skills of our doctoral students with a view to their future vocational integration. In a multi-lingual environment (the activities will be conducted in English) and with the support of an experienced teaching team, the attendees will have the opportunity to share projects in which they will develop the knowledge acquired during their training in a practical manner, acquiring new competences related to working in inter-disciplinary and multi-cultural teams.

Over four days, at no cost to the participants, the doctoral students will live and work together with their counterparts from the University of Pau et des Pays de l'Adour.

Those who are interested to attend should fill in the Registration Form with their university's details and:

• A summary of the Thesis Project in English (maximum 1 page).
• A brief letter in English, explaining their interest in taking part, with the approval of the thesis director.
• Certificate in English (B2 or similar).
