Breve descripción de la actividad

1.- Seminario a cargo del Prof. Nicolas Perry, de la ENSAM (Universidad de Burdeos) sobre “Green Design and Manufacture”. Los contenidos del seminario son los siguientes: GREEN DESIGN AND MANUFACTURE (20 horas)

• Introduction to Eco Design & Sustainable Manufacture
• Sustainability, Sustainable Development & Corporate Social Responsibility
• Principles of Eco Product Design & Development
• Eco Efficiency: Energy Efficiency & Resource Management
• Eco Materials & Their Applications in Product-Service Design
• Product Life Cycle Design & Management

2.- Seminario a cargo del Prof. Ivan Iordanoff, de la ENSAM (Universidad de Burdeos) sobre “Green Design and Manufacture”. Los contenidos del seminario son los siguientes: TRIBOLOGY FOR SUSTAINABLE MANUFACTURING PROCESSES (10 horas)

• Friction coefficient, thermal Blok model and its development, wear models, analysis and limits in the case of manufacturing processes.
• Description of the contact with the third body tacking into account material and thermal flux due to interfacial particles.
• Physical description of the contact with the help of the discrete element approach.
• Proposition of a general method to build the appropriate behavior law for a given manufacturing process.

3.- Seminario a cargo del Prof. Nicolas Saintier, de la ENSAM (Universidad de Burdeos) sobre “Green Design and Manufacture ". Los contenidos del seminario son los siguientes: DURABILITY OF GREEN COMPONENTS (10 horas)

• High cycle multiaxial fatigue of metals – Influence of the microstructure as a consequence of the sustainable manufacturing process
