In light of our ongoing cooperation, we are delighted to offer you priority registration for our upcoming Staff Week with the title “Key Pillars of Internationalisation: Building a Global Framework”, which will take place between August 25th-29th, 2025.

Please, find attached the description and provisional programme of the event. Feel free to forward this information to any potentially interested colleagues in your network.

Relevant information:

• Dates: August 25th-29th, 2025 (Monday-Friday)
• Location: University of Trieste, Italy
• Participation fee: €250
• Target group: university staff (teaching and non-teaching) dealing  
• with or interested in the topics covered

The fee includes all activities indicated in the attachment. Please, note that the provisional programme might undergo ome changes due to the speakers’ availability or to organizational reasons.

Travel and accommodation expenses are not included, but eligible for Erasmus+ funding for staff mobility from the sending institution.

We are happy to share with you the possibility of booking through us a double studio apartment (single room €60, shared room €30) per night in the beautiful setting of the Joivy campus (in via Fabio Severo 40), which will also be the venue for most of the Staff Week.

Applications will be open until May 1st, 2025.

You have until March 15th, 2025, to benefit from priority registration.

If you would like to register, please send an e-mail to erasmus.staff@amm.units.it specifying your name, surname, sending institution, current role and motivation for attending the Staff Week. Let us also know if you would  
like to book the accommodation at the Joivy campus to receive further information.

Given the limited number of spots, please note that registrations will be confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis (max. 2 participants per institution).
