Access
The Faculty of Economics and Business is located in Bilbao (Bizkaia), in Sarriko neighbourhood. It can be reached by:
Highway:
Access to Bilbao through the San Mamés exit (exit 118 of the A8). The campus of The Faculty of Economics and Business of Sarriko is located in the neighbourhood of Sarriko, 3 kilometers from the San Mamés Soccer Stadium close to the city entry.
The AP-8 toll highway gets to the city, connecting from Irún or San Sebastián. Before Bilbao, the highway is no longer a toll road and becomes the A-8 highway that crosses Santander, Gijón or Ribadeo and is also connected to the highway from AP-68 toll, connected to the north of Burgos, La Rioja and the A-1 highway. By Roads N-634 and N637 cross the city.
City buses:
Lines 10, 13, 18 y 17 arrive at the Sarriko Campus.
Intercity and international buses:
Most of the national and international intercity buses arrive at the Bilbao Intermodal bus station, including the bus that connects the city and the airport (Line 3247). The Bilbao Intermodal bus station allows you to connect with the public and private transport system that the city of Bilbao has: Metro Bilbao, Bizkaibus, Bilbobus, Renfe Cercanías, Tram, Taxi and Bilbaobizi. The easiest and most comfortable way to get to the Faculty of Economics and Business, from the Bilbao Intermodal bus station, is through the city's metro network (lines L1 and L2).
Subway:
A comfortable and simple way to access the Faculty of Economics and Business is by using lines L1 and L2, “SARRIKO” station. More information at Metro Bilbao.
Train:
RENFE's long-distance trains connect Bilbao with Madrid, Barcelona, Logroño, Zaragoza, Valladolid, Salamanca, Malaga, A Coruña, Vigo, Burgos, León and Segovia. The main train station, Estación Abando-Indalecio Prieto, is located next to the Nervión river, a few meters from the old town and connects directly with the L1 and L2 metro lines.
Airplane:
Bilbao airport (BIO) is located 13 kilometers away from the city and links Bilbao to national destinations such as Santiago de Compostela, Seville, Barcelona or Madrid, and to international cities such as Rome, Amsterdam or Munich. The A3247 bus line connects the airport with the centre of Bilbao and the Bilbao bus station, Bilbao-Intermodal.
