'You shall not uncover the nakedness of your daughter-in-law -- she [is] your son's wife -- you shall not uncover her nakedness.

'You shall not uncover the nakedness of a woman and her daughter, nor shall you take her son's daughter or her daughter's daughter, to uncover her nakedness. They [are] near of kin to her. It [is] wickedness.

'Nor shall you take a woman as a rival to her sister, to uncover her nakedness while the other is alive.

' Also you shall not approach a woman to uncover her nakedness as long as she is in her [customary] impurity.

'Moreover you shall not lie carnally with your neighbor's wife, to defile yourself with her.

"No darás un hijo tuyo para ofrecerlo por fuego a Moloc; no profanarás así el nombre de tu Dios. Yo, Jehová.

'And you shall not let any of your descendants pass through [the fire] to Molech, nor shall you profane the name of your God: I [am] the LORD.

Tu ne coucheras point avec une bête, pour te souiller avec elle. La femme ne s'approchera point d'une bête, pour se prostituer à elle. C'est une confusion.

'Nor shall you mate with any animal, to defile yourself with it. Nor shall any woman stand before an animal to mate with it. It [is] perversion.

"Ez kutsatu horrelako jokaerez; horrela kutsatu dira, hain zuzen, zuen aurretik jaurtikiko ditudan herriak.

"En ninguna de estas cosas os haréis impuros, pues en todas estas cosas se han corrompido las naciones que yo expulso de delante de vosotros,

Ne vous souillez par aucune de ces choses, car c'est par toutes ces choses que se sont souillées les nations que je vais chasser devant vous.

' Do not defile yourselves with any of these things; for by all these the nations are defiled, which I am casting out before you.

Le pays en a été souillé; je punirai son iniquité, et le pays vomira ses habitants.

'For the land is defiled; therefore I visit the punishment of its iniquity upon it, and the land vomits out its inhabitants.

"Zuek, beraz, bertako nahiz etorkin, gorde nire lege eta erabakiak eta ez egin higuingarrikeria horiek.

Guardad, pues, vosotros mis estatutos y mis ordenanzas, y no hagáis ninguna de estas abominaciones, ni el natural ni el extranjero que habita entre vosotros

Vous observerez donc mes lois et mes ordonnances, et vous ne commettrez aucune de ces abominations, ni l'indigène, ni l'étranger qui séjourne au milieu de vous.

'You shall therefore keep My statutes and My judgments, and shall not commit [any] of these abominations, [either] any of your own nation or any stranger who dwells among you

'(for all these abominations the men of the land have done, who [were] before you, and thus the land is defiled),

Zuek ez ezazue berriro kutsa, eta lurraldeak ez zaituzte okaztatu eta kanpora botako, bertan bizi izan diren herriak bezala.

no sea que la tierra os vomite por haberla contaminado, como vomitó a la nación que la habitó antes que vosotros.

Prenez garde que le pays ne vous vomisse, si vous le souillez, comme il aura vomi les nations qui y étaient avant vous.

'lest the land vomit you out also when you defile it, as it vomited out the nations that [were] before you.

Izan ere, horrelako higuingarrikeriarik egiten dutenak herritik bota egingo dituzue.

Cualquiera que haga alguna de todas estas abominaciones, las personas que las hagan, serán eliminadas de su pueblo.

Car tous ceux qui commettront quelqu'une de ces abominations seront retranchés du milieu de leur peuple.

'For whoever commits any of these abominations, the persons who commit [them] shall be cut off from among their people.

"Gorde, bada, agintzen dizuedana eta ez egin zuen aurreko biztanleek egin ohi dituzten higuingarrikeriak. Ez zaitezte horiekin kutsa. Neu naiz Jauna".

Guardad, pues, mi ordenanza, y no sigáis ninguna de estas costumbres abominables que practicaron antes de vosotros, para que no os contaminéis en ellas. Yo, Jehová, vuestro Dios".

Vous observerez mes commandements, et vous ne pratiquerez aucun des usages abominables qui se pratiquaient avant vous, vous ne vous en souillerez pas. Je suis l'Éternel, votre Dieu.

'Therefore you shall keep My ordinance, so that [you] do not commit [any] of these abominable customs which were committed before you, and that you do not defile yourselves by them: I [am] the LORD your God.' "

And the LORD spoke to Moses, saying,

"Esan israeldarren elkarte osoari: Izan santu, ni, Jauna, zuen Jainkoa, santua naiz eta.

"Habla a toda la congregación de los hijos de Israel y diles: "Santos seréis, porque santo soy yo, Jehová, vuestro Dios.

Parle à toute l'assemblée des enfants d'Israël, et tu leur diras: Soyez saints, car je suis saint, moi, l'Éternel, votre Dieu.

"Speak to all the congregation of the children of Israel, and say to them: 'You shall be holy, for I the LORD your God [am] holy.

"Izan begirune gurasoei, eta errespetatu nik aginduriko atseden-eguna. Neu naiz Jauna, zuen Jainkoa.

"Cada uno temerá a su madre y a su padre. "Mis sábados guardaréis. Yo, Jehová, vuestro Dios.

Chacun de vous respectera sa mère et son père, et observera mes sabbats. Je suis l'Éternel, votre Dieu.

' Every one of you shall revere his mother and his father, and keep My Sabbaths: I [am] the LORD your God.

"Ez jo sasijainkoengana eta ez egin metal urtuzko idolorik. Neu naiz Jauna, zuen Jainkoa.

"No os volveréis a los ídolos, ni haréis para vosotros dioses de fundición. Yo, Jehová, vuestro Dios.

Vous ne vous tournerez point vers les idoles, et vous ne vous ferez point des dieux de fonte.

' Do not turn to idols, nor make for yourselves molded gods: I [am] the LORD your God.

"Jaunari elkartasun-opariak egitean, eskaini hark atseginez onartzeko eran:

"Cuando ofrezcáis un sacrificio de ofrenda de paz a Jehová, ofrecedlo de tal manera que él os acepte.

Quand vous offrirez à l'Éternel un sacrifice d'actions de grâces, vous l'offrirez en sorte qu'il soit agréé.

' And if you offer a sacrifice of a peace offering to the LORD, you shall offer it of your own free will.

oparigaia jan, opaldua izan den egunean eta biharamunean jango duzue; baina hirugarren egunerako sobera gelditua erre egingo duzue.

Será comido el día que lo ofrezcáis, o al día siguiente; y lo que quede para el tercer día, será quemado en el fuego.

La victime sera mangée le jour où vous la sacrifierez, ou le lendemain; ce qui restera jusqu'au troisième jour sera brûlé au feu.

'It shall be eaten the same day you offer [it,] and on the next day. And if any remains until the third day, it shall be burned in the fire.

Norbaitek hirugarren egunean jango balu, ez litzaioke Jaunari atsegin izango: gaitzesgarria da haragi hori.

Si se come al tercer día, será abominación; no será aceptado,

Si l'on en mange le troisième jour, ce sera une chose infecte: le sacrifice ne sera point agréé.

'And if it is eaten at all on the third day, it [is] an abomination. It shall not be accepted.

Horretatik jan dezanak bere hobenaren ondorenak jasan beharko ditu, Jaunari sagaratua profanatu baitu: herritik bota egingo dute.

y el que lo coma cargará con su delito, por cuanto profanó lo santo de Jehová. La tal persona será eliminada de su pueblo.

Celui qui en mangera portera la peine de son péché, car il profane ce qui est consacré à l'Éternel: cette personne -là sera retranchée de son peuple.

'Therefore [everyone] who eats it shall bear his iniquity, because he has profaned the hallowed [offering] of the LORD; and that person shall be cut off from his people.

"Zeuen uzta biltzean, ez duzue soro-bazterrekoa moztuko, ezta eroritako galburuak biltzen ibiliko ere.

"Cuando siegues la mies de tu tierra, no segarás hasta el último rincón de ella ni espigarás tu tierra segada.

Quand vous ferez la moisson dans votre pays, tu laisseras un coin de ton champ sans le moissonner, et tu ne ramasseras pas ce qui reste à glaner.

' When you reap the harvest of your land, you shall not wholly reap the corners of your field, nor shall you gather the gleanings of your harvest.

Ez dituzue atzean utzitako mahats-hondarrak bilduko, ezta lurrera eroritakoak jasotzen ibiliko ere. Pobreentzat eta etorkinentzat utziko dituzue. Neu naiz Jauna, zuen Jainkoa.

No rebuscarás tu viña ni recogerás el fruto caído de tu viña; para el pobre y para el extranjero lo dejarás. Yo, Jehová, vuestro Dios.

Tu ne cueilleras pas non plus les grappes restées dans ta vigne, et tu ne ramasseras pas les grains qui en seront tombés. Tu abandonneras cela au pauvre et à l'étranger. Je suis l'Éternel, votre Dieu.

'And you shall not glean your vineyard, nor shall you gather [every] grape of your vineyard; you shall leave them for the poor and the stranger: I [am] the LORD your God.

"Ez ostu, ez esan gezurrik, ez egin iruzurrik zeuen herritarrari.

"No robaréis, no mentiréis ni os engañaréis el uno al otro.

Vous ne déroberez point, et vous n'userez ni de mensonge ni de tromperie les uns envers les autres.

' You shall not steal, nor deal falsely, nor lie to one another.

"No juraréis en falso por mi nombre, profanando así el nombre de tu Dios. Yo, Jehová.

Vous ne jurerez point faussement par mon nom, car tu profanerais le nom de ton Dieu. Je suis l'Éternel.

'And you shall not swear by My name falsely, nor shall you profane the name of your God: I [am] the LORD.

"Ez zapaldu lagun hurkoa, ez larrutu. Ez utzi biharamunera arte ordaindu gabe langilearen lansaria.

"No oprimirás a tu prójimo ni le robarás. "No retendrás el salario del jornalero en tu casa hasta la mañana siguiente.

Tu n'opprimeras point ton prochain, et tu ne raviras rien par violence. Tu ne retiendras point jusqu'au lendemain le salaire du mercenaire.

' You shall not cheat your neighbor, nor rob [him.] The wages of him who is hired shall not remain with you all night until morning.

Ez madarikatu gorra, ez ipini itsuari bidean oztoporik. Horrela erakutsiko duzue begirune diozuela Jainkoari. Neu naiz Jauna.

"No maldecirás al sordo, ni delante del ciego pondrás tropiezo, sino que tendrás temor de tu Dios. Yo, Jehová.

'You shall not curse the deaf, nor put a stumbling block before the blind, but shall fear your God: I [am] the LORD.

No cometerás injusticia en los juicios, ni favoreciendo al pobre ni complaciendo al grande: con justicia juzgarás a tu prójimo.

Tu ne commettras point d'iniquité dans tes jugements: tu n'auras point égard à la personne du pauvre, et tu ne favoriseras point la personne du grand, mais tu jugeras ton prochain selon la justice.

' You shall do no injustice in judgment. You shall not be partial to the poor, nor honor the person of the mighty. In righteousness you shall judge your neighbor.

Ez ibili herritarraren izena belzten; ez egin salaketa faltsurik lagun hurkoa heriotzara kondenarazteko. Neu naiz Jauna.

"No andarás chismeando entre tu pueblo. "No atentarás contra la vida de tu prójimo. Yo, Jehová.

Tu ne répandras point de calomnies parmi ton peuple. Tu ne t'élèveras point contre le sang de ton prochain. Je suis l'Éternel.

'You shall not go about [as] a talebearer among your people; nor shall you take a stand against the life of your neighbor: I [am] the LORD.

"Ez eman biderik zeuen barrenean anaiarenganako gorrotoari; baina ez izan herritarra zentzarazteko beldur ere, harengatik bekaturik egin ez dezazuen.

"No aborrecerás a tu hermano en tu corazón. "Reprenderás a tu prójimo, para que no participes de su pecado.

Tu ne haïras point ton frère dans ton coeur; tu auras soin de reprendre ton prochain, mais tu ne te chargeras point d'un péché à cause de lui.

' You shall not hate your brother in your heart. You shall surely rebuke your neighbor, and not bear sin because of him.

"No te vengarás ni guardarás rencor a los hijos de tu pueblo, sino amarás a tu prójimo como a ti mismo. Yo, Jehová.

Tu ne te vengeras point, et tu ne garderas point de rancune contre les enfants de ton peuple. Tu aimeras ton prochain comme toi-même. Je suis l'Éternel.

'You shall not take vengeance, nor bear any grudge against the children of your people, but you shall love your neighbor as yourself: I [am] the LORD.

Vous observerez mes lois. Tu n'accoupleras point des bestiaux de deux espèces différentes; tu n'ensemenceras point ton champ de deux espèces de semences; et tu ne porteras pas un vêtement tissé de deux espèces de fils.

' You shall keep My statutes. You shall not let your livestock breed with another kind. You shall not sow your field with mixed seed. Nor shall a garment of mixed linen and wool come upon you.

Lorsqu'un homme couchera et aura commerce avec une femme, si c'est une esclave fiancée à un autre homme, et qui n'a pas été rachetée ou affranchie, ils seront châtiés, mais non punis de mort, parce qu'elle n'a pas été affranchie.

'Whoever lies carnally with a woman who [is] betrothed to a man as a concubine, and who has not at all been redeemed nor given her freedom, for this there shall be scourging; [but] they shall not be put to death, because she was not free.

L'homme amènera pour sa faute à l'Éternel, à l'entrée de la tente d'assignation, un bélier en sacrifice de culpabilité.

'And he shall bring his trespass offering to the LORD, to the door of the tabernacle of meeting, a ram as a trespass offering.

Ordain-opariko ahariaren bidez, bekatuaren barkamen-ohikunea egingo du apaizak Jaunaren aurrean eta barkatua izango du gizonak bekatua.

Con el carnero de la expiación lo reconciliará el sacerdote delante de Jehová, por el pecado que cometió, y se le perdonará el pecado que ha cometido.

Le sacrificateur fera pour lui l'expiation devant l'Éternel, pour le péché qu'il a commis, avec le bélier offert en sacrifice de culpabilité, et le péché qu'il a commis lui sera pardonné.

'The priest shall make atonement for him with the ram of the trespass offering before the LORD for his sin which he has committed. And the sin which he has committed shall be forgiven him.

"Kanaan lurraldean sartuko zaretenean eta fruta-arbolak landatu, arbolen fruitua kutsatutzat edukiko duzue hiru urtez; beraz, ez duzue jango.

"Cuando entréis en la tierra y plantéis toda clase de árboles frutales, consideraréis como incircunciso lo primero de su fruto. Tres años os será como incircunciso: su fruto no se comerá.

Quand vous serez entrés dans le pays, et que vous y aurez planté toutes sortes d'arbres fruitiers, vous en regarderez les fruits comme incirconcis; pendant trois ans, ils seront pour vous incirconcis; on n'en mangera point.

' When you come into the land, and have planted all kinds of trees for food, then you shall count their fruit as uncircumcised. Three years it shall be as uncircumcised to you. [It] shall not be eaten.

Laugarren urtean, fruitu guztiak Jaunari sagaratuko dizkiozue gorespen-ospakizun batean.

Al cuarto año, todo su fruto será consagrado en alabanzas a Jehová.

La quatrième année, tous leurs fruits seront consacrés à l'Éternel au milieu des réjouissances.

'But in the fourth year all its fruit shall be holy, a praise to the LORD.

Pero al quinto año comeréis de su fruto, para que os haga crecer su fruto. Yo, Jehová, vuestro Dios.

La cinquième année, vous en mangerez les fruits, et vous continuerez à les récolter. Je suis l'Éternel, votre Dieu.

'And in the fifth year you may eat its fruit, that it may yield to you its increase: I [am] the LORD your God.

"No comeréis cosa alguna con sangre. "No seréis agoreros ni adivinos.

Vous ne mangerez rien avec du sang. Vous n'observerez ni les serpents ni les nuages pour en tirer des pronostics.

' You shall not eat [anything] with the blood, nor shall you practice divination or soothsaying.

Ez moztu ile-adatsaren ertzak inguru guztian, ezta bizarraren ertzak ere.

"No haréis tonsura en vuestras cabezas ni dañaréis la punta de vuestra barba.

Vous ne couperez point en rond les coins de votre chevelure, et tu ne raseras point les coins de ta barbe.

'You shall not shave around the sides of your head, nor shall you disfigure the edges of your beard.
