Ondoren, barkamen-opariko zekorrari gantz guztia kenduko dio: heste inguru eta gaineko gantza,

Luego tomará del becerro de la expiación toda su grasa, la que cubre los intestinos y la que está sobre las entrañas,

Il enlèvera toute la graisse du taureau expiatoire, la graisse qui couvre les entrailles et toute celle qui y est attachée,

'He shall take from it all the fat of the bull as the sin offering. The fat that covers the entrails and all the fat which [is] on the entrails,

giltzurrunak gaineko gantzarekin, saihetsei itsatsia dagoen gantza eta gibela estaltzen duena; hori guztia kendurik,

los dos riñones y la grasa que está sobre ellos y sobre los ijares; con los riñones le quitará la grasa que cubre el hígado,

les deux rognons, et la graisse qui les entoure, qui couvre les flancs, et le grand lobe du foie, qu'il détachera près des rognons.

'the two kidneys and the fat that [is] on them by the flanks, and the fatty lobe [attached] to the liver above the kidneys, he shall remove,

elkartasun-opariko zekorrarekin bezala, erre egingo du apaizak erre-oparien aldarean.

de la manera que se le quita al buey del sacrificio de paz, y el sacerdote la hará arder sobre el altar del holocausto.

Le sacrificateur enlèvera ces parties comme on les enlève du taureau dans le sacrifice d'actions de grâces, et il les brûlera sur l'autel des holocaustes.

'as it was taken from the bull of the sacrifice of the peace offering; and the priest shall burn them on the altar of the burnt offering.

Azkenik, zekorretik gelditzen dena -larrua eta haragia, burua, hankak eta hesteak-

Pero la piel del becerro, toda su carne, con su cabeza, sus piernas, sus intestinos y su estiércol,

Mais la peau du taureau, toute sa chair, avec sa tête, ses jambes, ses entrailles et ses excréments,

'But the bull's hide and all its flesh, with its head and legs, its entrails and offal --

kanpalekutik atera egingo du leku garbi batera, gantzen errautsa botatzen den lekura, alegia, eta su-egurraren gainean erreko; errauts-lekuan erreko da.

en fin, todo el becerro, lo sacará fuera del campamento a un lugar limpio, donde se echan las cenizas, y lo quemará al fuego sobre la leña. Será quemado donde se echan las cenizas.

en un mot, tout le reste du taureau, il le fait porter hors du camp, dans un endroit pur, là où l'on déverse les cendres grasses, et il le brûle sur un feu de bûches; c'est à l'endroit où l'on déverse les cendres grasses qu'il est brûlé.

'the whole bull he shall carry outside the camp to a clean place, where the ashes are poured out, and burn it on wood with fire; where the ashes are poured out it shall be burned.

"Jaunak debekatua duen zerbait eginez, oharkabean bekatu egiten duena israeldarren elkarte osoa bada, errudun bihurtzen da, nahiz eta ezjakinean egin.

"Si ha sido toda la congregación de Israel la que ha errado involuntariamente, aunque la falta haya quedado oculta a los ojos del pueblo, son culpables de haber hecho algo contra alguno de los mandamientos de Jehová en cosas que no se han de hacer,

Si c'est toute l'assemblée d'Israël qui a péché involontairement et sans s'en apercevoir, en faisant contre l'un des commandements de l'Éternel des choses qui ne doivent point se faire et en se rendant ainsi coupable,

' Now if the whole congregation of Israel sins unintentionally, and the thing is hidden from the eyes of the assembly, and they have done [something against] any of the commandments of the LORD [in anything] which should not be done, and are guilty;

Egin duen bekatuaz jabetzean, elkarte osoak zekorra eskainiko du barkamen-oparitzat. Elkarketa-etxolara eramango du,

y en cuanto llegue a ser conocido el pecado que han cometido, la congregación ofrecerá un becerro, como expiación. Lo llevarán delante del Tabernáculo de reunión,

et que le péché qu'on a commis vienne à être découvert, l'assemblée offrira un jeune taureau en sacrifice d'expiation, et on l'amènera devant la tente d'assignation.

'when the sin which they have committed becomes known, then the assembly shall offer a young bull for the sin, and bring it before the tabernacle of meeting.

eta elkarteko arduradunek, eskua buruan ezarri ondoren, hil egingo dute Jaunaren aurrean.

los ancianos de la congregación pondrán sus manos sobre la cabeza del becerro delante de Jehová, y en presencia de Jehová degollarán aquel becerro.

Les anciens d'Israël poseront leurs mains sur la tête du taureau devant l'Éternel, et on égorgera le taureau devant l'Éternel.

'And the elders of the congregation shall lay their hands on the head of the bull before the LORD. Then the bull shall be killed before the LORD.

Apaiz nagusiak zekorraren odoletik pixka bat elkarketa-etxolara eramango du,

Luego el sacerdote ungido llevará parte de la sangre del becerro al Tabernáculo de reunión,

Le sacrificateur ayant reçu l'onction apportera du sang du taureau dans la tente d'assignation;

'The anointed priest shall bring some of the bull's blood to the tabernacle of meeting.

eta, behatza odoletan bustirik, zazpi bider zipriztinduko du santutegi aurreko kortina, Jaunaren aurrean.

el sacerdote mojará su dedo en la sangre, y con ella rociará siete veces delante de Jehová frente al velo.

il trempera son doigt dans le sang, et il en fera sept fois l'aspersion devant l'Éternel, en face du voile.

'Then the priest shall dip his finger in the blood and sprinkle [it] seven times before the LORD, in front of the veil.

Gero, odol horrekin elkarketa-etxolan dagoen aldare-ertzeko adarrak igurtziko ditu Jaunaren aurrean, eta zekorraren gainerako odola elkarketa-etxolaren sarreran dagoen erre-oparien aldare-oinean isuriko.

De aquella sangre pondrá sobre los cuernos del altar que está delante de Jehová en el Tabernáculo de reunión, y derramará el resto de la sangre al pie del altar del holocausto, que está a la puerta del Tabernáculo de reunión.

Il mettra du sang sur les cornes de l'autel qui est devant l'Éternel dans la tente d'assignation; et il répandra tout le sang au pied de l'autel des holocaustes, qui est à l'entrée de la tente d'assignation.

'And he shall put [some] of the blood on the horns of the altar which [is] before the LORD, which [is] in the tabernacle of meeting; and he shall pour the remaining blood at the base of the altar of burnt offering, which is at the door of the tabernacle of meeting.

'He shall take all the fat from it and burn [it] on the altar.

zekor honekin ere beste barkamen-opariko zekorrarekin egindakoa bera eginez. Era honetan egingo du apaizak bekatuaren barkamen-ohikunea eta barkatua izango du elkarteak bekatua.

haciendo con aquel becerro como hizo con el becerro de la expiación. Lo mismo hará con él. Así hará el sacerdote expiación por ellos, y obtendrán perdón.

Il fera de ce taureau comme du taureau expiatoire; il fera de même. C'est ainsi que le sacrificateur fera pour eux l'expiation, et il leur sera pardonné.

'And he shall do with the bull as he did with the bull as a sin offering; thus he shall do with it. So the priest shall make atonement for them, and it shall be forgiven them.

' When a ruler has sinned, and done [something] unintentionally [against] any of the commandments of the LORD his God [in anything] which should not be done, and is guilty,

Egin duen bekatuaz jabetzean, aker akasgabea eramango du oparitzat.

Luego que se le dé a conocer el pecado que cometió, presentará como su ofrenda un macho cabrío sin defecto.

et qu'il vienne à découvrir le péché qu'il a commis, il offrira en sacrifice un bouc mâle sans défaut.

'or if his sin which he has committed comes to his knowledge, he shall bring as his offering a kid of the goats, a male without blemish.

Eskua buruan ezarri ondoren, hil egingo du Jaunaren aurrean, erre-oparietako abereak hiltzen diren tokian. Barkamen-oparia da hau.

Pondrá su mano sobre la cabeza del macho cabrío y lo degollará en el lugar donde se degüella el holocausto, delante de Jehová. Es un sacrificio de expiación.

Il posera sa main sur la tête du bouc, qu'il égorgera dans le lieu où l'on égorge les holocaustes devant l'Éternel. C'est un sacrifice d'expiation.

'And he shall lay his hand on the head of the goat, and kill it at the place where they kill the burnt offering before the LORD. It [is] a sin offering.

'The priest shall take some of the blood of the sin offering with his finger, put [it] on the horns of the altar of burnt offering, and pour its blood at the base of the altar of burnt offering.

Gantz guztiak aldarean erreko ditu, elkartasun-oparigaien gantzak bezala. Era honetan egingo du apaizak bekatuaren barkamen-ohikunea eta barkatua izango du buruzagiak bekatua.

Luego quemará toda su grasa sobre el altar, como la grasa del sacrificio de paz. Así hará el sacerdote expiación por él, por su pecado, y obtendrá perdón.

Il brûlera toute la graisse sur l'autel, comme la graisse du sacrifice d'actions de grâces. C'est ainsi que le sacrificateur fera pour ce chef l'expiation de son péché, et il lui sera pardonné.

'And he shall burn all its fat on the altar, like the fat of the sacrifice of the peace offering. So the priest shall make atonement for him concerning his sin, and it shall be forgiven him.

"Jaunak debekatua duen zerbait eginez, herritar arrunt batek oharkabean bekatu egiten badu, errudun bihurtzen da.

"Si alguna persona del pueblo peca involuntariamente, cometiendo una falta contra alguno de los mandamientos de Jehová en cosas que no se han de hacer, es culpable.

Si c'est quelqu 'un du peuple qui a péché involontairement, en faisant contre l'un des commandements de l'Éternel des choses qui ne doivent point se faire et en se rendant ainsi coupable,

' If anyone of the common people sins unintentionally by doing [something against] any of the commandments of the LORD [in anything] which ought not to be done, and is guilty,

Egin duen bekatuaz jabetzean, ahuntz akasgabea eramango du barkamen-oparitzat.

Luego que se le dé a conocer el pecado cometido, presentará como ofrenda una cabra, una cabra sin defecto, por el pecado que cometió.

et qu'il vienne à découvrir le péché qu'il a commis, il offrira en sacrifice une chèvre, une femelle sans défaut, pour le péché qu'il a commis.

'or if his sin which he has committed comes to his knowledge, then he shall bring as his offering a kid of the goats, a female without blemish, for his sin which he has committed.

'He shall remove all its fat, as fat is removed from the sacrifice of the peace offering; and the priest shall burn it on the altar for a sweet aroma to the LORD. So the priest shall make atonement for him, and it shall be forgiven him.

"Bekatuaren barkamen-oparitzat arkumea badakar, akasgabea eta emea izango da.

"Si trae un cordero como su ofrenda por el pecado, deberá ser una hembra sin defecto.

S'il offre un agneau en sacrifice d'expiation, il offrira une femelle sans défaut.

' If he brings a lamb as his sin offering, he shall bring a female without blemish.

C'est ainsi que le sacrificateur fera pour cet homme l'expiation du péché qu'il a commis, et il lui sera pardonné.

'He shall remove all its fat, as the fat of the lamb is removed from the sacrifice of the peace offering. Then the priest shall burn it on the altar, according to the offerings made by fire to the LORD. So the priest shall make atonement for his sin that he has committed, and it shall be forgiven him.

"Norbaitek, ikusiz nahiz entzutez lekuko izan eta, zinpean aitormen egitera deitua izan delarik, dakiena aitortzen ez badu, bekatu egiten du eta errudun bihurtzen.

"Si alguien es llamado a testificar por ser testigo de algo que vio o supo, y no lo denuncia, comete pecado y cargará con la culpa.

Lorsque quelqu'un, après avoir été mis sous serment comme témoin, péchera en ne déclarant pas ce qu'il a vu ou ce qu'il sait, il restera chargé de sa faute.

'If a person sins in hearing the utterance of an oath, and [is] a witness, whether he has seen or known [of the matter -- if] he does not tell [it,] he bears guilt.

"Zerbait kutsatua ukitzen duena, hala nola basabere nahiz etxabere kutsatu baten edo piztiaren baten sarraskia, konturatu gabe izanda ere, kutsatu bihurtzen da eta errudun.

"Asimismo la persona que haya tocado cualquier cosa inmunda, sea cadáver de bestia inmunda, o cadáver de animal inmundo, o cadáver de reptil inmundo, aunque no lo sepa, será impura y habrá pecado.

Lorsque quelqu'un, sans s'en apercevoir, touchera une chose souillée, comme le cadavre d'un animal impur, que ce soit d'une bête sauvage ou domestique, ou bien d'un reptile, il deviendra lui-même impur et il se rendra coupable.

'Or if a person touches any unclean thing, whether [it is] the carcass of an unclean beast, or the carcass of unclean livestock, or the carcass of unclean creeping things, and he is unaware of it, he also shall be unclean and guilty.

"Kutsaturik dagoen pertsona ukitzen duena, nolanahikoa dela kutsadura, konturatu gabe izanda ere, errudun bihurtzen da.

"Si alguien toca cualquiera de las inmundicias humanas que lo pueden hacer impuro, sin darse cuenta, y después llega a saberlo, será culpable.

Lorsque, sans y prendre garde, il touchera une souillure humaine quelconque, et qu'il s'en aperçoive plus tard, il en sera coupable.

'Or if he touches human uncleanness -- whatever uncleanness with which a man may be defiled, and he is unaware of it -- when he realizes [it,] then he shall be guilty.

"Jendeak ohi duen bezala, honetaz eta hartaz zin-hitza arinkeriaz ematen duena, mesederako nahiz kalterako izan, eta konturatu gabe izanda ere, errudun bihurtzen da konturatzean.

"Si alguien jura a la ligera con sus labios hacer mal o hacer bien, en cualquier cosa que el hombre acostumbra a jurar, y él no lo entiende, si después lo entiende, será culpable por cualquiera de estas cosas.

Lorsque quelqu'un, parlant à la légère, jure de faire du mal ou du bien, et que, ne l'ayant pas remarqué d'abord, il s'en aperçoive plus tard, il en sera coupable.

'Or if a person swears, speaking thoughtlessly with [his] lips to do evil or to do good, whatever [it is] that a man may pronounce by an oath, and he is unaware of it -- when he realizes [it,] then he shall be guilty in any of these [matters.]

"Kasu horietako batean errudun bihurtu denak bere bekatua aitortuko du,

"Cuando peque en alguna de estas cosas, confesará aquello en que pecó,

Celui donc qui se rendra coupable de l'une de ces choses, fera l'aveu de son péché.

'And it shall be, when he is guilty in any of these [matters,] that he shall confess that he has sinned in that [thing;]

eta artaldeko eme bat, arkumea nahiz ahuntza, eramango dio Jaunari bekatuaren barkamen-oparitzat. Eta apaizak pertsona horren bekatuaren barkamen-ohikunea egingo du.

y para su expiación presentará a Jehová, como ofrenda de expiación por el pecado que cometió, una hembra de los rebaños, una cordera o una cabra. Así le hará el sacerdote expiación por su pecado.

Puis il offrira en sacrifice de culpabilité à l'Éternel, pour le péché qu'il a commis, une femelle de menu bétail, une brebis ou une chèvre, comme victime expiatoire. Et le sacrificateur fera pour lui l'expiation de son péché.

'and he shall bring his trespass offering to the LORD for his sin which he has committed, a female from the flock, a lamb or a kid of the goats as a sin offering. So the priest shall make atonement for him concerning his sin.

"Arkumea edo ahuntza erosteko ahalbiderik ez duenak, bi usapal edo bi usakume eramango dizkio Jaunari egin duen bekatuaren ordain, bata barkamen-oparirako eta bestea erre-oparirako.

"Y si no tiene lo suficiente para un cordero, presentará a Jehová, como expiación por el pecado que cometió, dos tórtolas o dos palominos, uno para la expiación y el otro para un holocausto.

S'il n'a pas de quoi se procurer une brebis ou une chèvre, il offrira en sacrifice de culpabilité à l'Éternel pour son péché deux tourterelles ou deux jeunes pigeons, l'un comme victime expiatoire, l'autre comme holocauste.

' If he is not able to bring a lamb, then he shall bring to the LORD, for his trespass which he has committed, two turtledoves or two young pigeons: one as a sin offering and the other as a burnt offering.

Apaizari eramango dizkio. Apaizak barkamen-oparitzat eskaini beharrekoa aurkeztuko du lehenbizi; burua moztuko dio lepo-hezur ondotik, baina erabat erauzi gabe;

Los llevará al sacerdote, el cual ofrecerá primero el destinado a la expiación; le arrancará de su cuello la cabeza, pero no la separará por completo.

Il les apportera au sacrificateur, qui sacrifiera d'abord celui qui doit servir de victime expiatoire. Le sacrificateur lui ouvrira la tête avec l'ongle près de la nuque, sans la séparer;

'And he shall bring them to the priest, who shall offer [that] which [is] for the sin offering first, and wring off its head from its neck, but shall not divide [it] completely.

hegaztiaren odol pixka batez aldarearen alboa zipriztinduko du, gainerako odola aldare-oinean isuriz. Barkamen-oparia da hau.

Luego rociará de la sangre de la expiación sobre un lado del altar, y lo que sobre de la sangre lo exprimirá al pie del altar. Es un sacrificio de expiación.

'Then he shall sprinkle [some] of the blood of the sin offering on the side of the altar, and the rest of the blood shall be drained out at the base of the altar. It [is] a sin offering.

Bigarren hegaztia erre-opari gisa eskainiko du, arautua dagoen eran. Era honetan egingo du apaizak bekatuaren barkamen-ohikunea eta barkatua izango du pertsona horrek bekatua.

Il fera de l'autre oiseau un holocauste, d'après les règles établies. C'est ainsi que le sacrificateur fera pour cet homme l'expiation du péché qu'il a commis, et il lui sera pardonné.

'And he shall offer the second [as] a burnt offering according to the prescribed manner. So the priest shall make atonement on his behalf for his sin which he has committed, and it shall be forgiven him.

"Bi usapal edo bi usakume erosteko ahalbiderik ez duenak, lau kilo ogi-irin garbi eramango ditu barkamen-oparitzat. Ez dio oliorik isuriko gainera, ezta intsentsurik ezarriko ere, barkamen-oparia baita.

"Pero si no tiene lo suficiente para dos tórtolas o dos palominos, el que pecó presentará como ofrenda por el pecado la décima parte de un efa de flor de harina. No pondrá sobre ella aceite, ni sobre ella pondrá incienso, pues es un sacrificio de expiación.

S'il n'a pas de quoi se procurer deux tourterelles ou deux jeunes pigeons, il apportera en offrande pour son péché un dixième d'épha de fleur de farine, comme offrande d'expiation; il ne mettra point d'huile dessus, et il n'y ajoutera point d'encens, car c'est une offrande d'expiation.

' But if he is not able to bring two turtledoves or two young pigeons, then he who sinned shall bring for his offering one-tenth of an ephah of fine flour as a sin offering. He shall put no oil on it, nor shall he put frankincense on it, for it [is] a sin offering.

La llevará entonces al sacerdote, el cual tomará de ella un puñado como memorial, y la hará arder en el altar sobre las ofrendas quemadas a Jehová. Es un sacrificio de expiación.

Il l'apportera au sacrificateur, et le sacrificateur en prendra une poignée comme souvenir, et il la brûlera sur l'autel, comme les offrandes consumées par le feu devant l'Éternel: c'est une offrande d'expiation.

'Then he shall bring it to the priest, and the priest shall take his handful of it as a memorial portion, and burn [it] on the altar according to the offerings made by fire to the LORD. It [is] a sin offering.

Era honetan egingo du apaizak bekatuaren barkamen-ohikunea eta barkatua izango du pertsona horrek bekatua. Gainerako irina apaizarentzat izango da, labore-oparietan bezala".

El sacerdote hará expiación por él, a causa del pecado que cometió en alguna de estas cosas, y será perdonado. Lo que sobre será del sacerdote, como en la ofrenda de oblación".

C'est ainsi que le sacrificateur fera pour cet homme l'expiation du péché qu'il a commis à l'égard de l'une de ces choses, et il lui sera pardonné. Ce qui restera de l'offrande sera pour le sacrificateur, comme dans l'offrande en don.

'The priest shall make atonement for him, for his sin that he has committed in any of these matters; and it shall be forgiven him. [The rest] shall be the priest's as a grain offering.' "

Then the LORD spoke to Moses, saying:

"Norbaitek, Jaunari sagaratu beharreko emaitzetan iruzur eginez, oharkabean bekatu egiten badu, ahari akasgabea eramango dio Jaunari ordain-oparitzat; zilarretan hainbesteko bat balioko du ahariak, santutegiko pisu-neurriaren arabera.

"Si alguna persona comete una falta y peca involuntariamente en las cosas santas de Jehová, presentará por su culpa a Jehová un carnero de los rebaños, sin defecto, valorado en siclos de plata, según el siclo del santuario, como ofrenda por el pecado.

Lorsque quelqu'un commettra une infidélité et péchera involontairement à l'égard des choses consacrées à l'Éternel, il offrira en sacrifice de culpabilité à l'Éternel pour son péché un bélier sans défaut, pris du troupeau d'après ton estimation en sicles d'argent, selon le sicle du sanctuaire.

"If a person commits a trespass, and sins unintentionally in regard to the holy things of the LORD, then he shall bring to the LORD as his trespass offering a ram without blemish from the flocks, with your valuation in shekels of silver according to the shekel of the sanctuary, as a trespass offering.

Gainera, Jaunari sagaratu beharreko emaitzetan iruzur egina eta bosteko bat gehiago itzuli beharko du eta apaizari eman. Apaizak, ordain-oparitzat aharia eskainiz, haren aldeko barkamen-ohikunea egingo du eta barkatua izango du bekatua.

Restituirá lo que haya defraudado de las cosas santas, añadirá a ello la quinta parte, y lo dará al sacerdote. Luego el sacerdote hará expiación por él con el carnero del sacrificio por el pecado, y será perdonado.

Il donnera, en y ajoutant un cinquième, la valeur de la chose dont il a frustré le sanctuaire, et il la remettra au sacrificateur. Et le sacrificateur fera pour lui l'expiation avec le bélier offert en sacrifice de culpabilité, et il lui sera pardonné.

"And he shall make restitution for the harm that he has done in regard to the holy thing, and shall add one-fifth to it and give it to the priest. So the priest shall make atonement for him with the ram of the trespass offering, and it shall be forgiven him.

"Norbaitek, Jaunak debekatua duen zerbait eginez, konturatzeke bekatu egiten badu, errudun bihurtzen da eta bere hobenaren ondorenak jasan behar ditu.

"Finalmente, si una persona peca, o hace alguna de todas aquellas cosas que por mandamiento de Jehová no se han de hacer, aun sin hacerlo a sabiendas, es culpable y llevará su pecado.

Lorsque quelqu'un péchera en faisant, sans le savoir, contre l'un des commandements de l'Éternel, des choses qui ne doivent point se faire, il se rendra coupable et sera chargé de sa faute.

" If a person sins, and commits any of these things which are forbidden to be done by the commandments of the LORD, though he does not know [it,] yet he is guilty and shall bear his iniquity.

Beraz, ahari akasgabea eramango dio apaizari, ordain-oparikoaren balio berekoa. Konturatzeke bekatu egin duenaren alde barkamen-ohikunea egingo du apaizak eta hark barkatua izango du bekatua.

Llevará, pues, al sacerdote para la expiación, según tú lo estimes, un carnero sin defecto de los rebaños; y el sacerdote le hará expiación por el pecado que cometió por ignorancia, y será perdonado.

Il présentera au sacrificateur en sacrifice de culpabilité un bélier sans défaut, pris du troupeau d'après ton estimation. Et le sacrificateur fera pour lui l'expiation de la faute qu'il a commise sans le savoir, et il lui sera pardonné.

"And he shall bring to the priest a ram without blemish from the flock, with your valuation, as a trespass offering. So the priest shall make atonement for him regarding his ignorance in which he erred and did not know [it,] and it shall be forgiven him.

Ordain-oparia da hau, delako pertsona hori egiaz baitzen errudun Jaunaren aurrean".

Es una infracción, y ciertamente pecó contra Jehová".

C'est un sacrifice de culpabilité. Cet homme s'était rendu coupable envers l'Éternel.

"It is a trespass offering; he has certainly trespassed against the LORD."

"Si alguien peca y comete fraude contra Jehová, por haber negado a su prójimo lo encomendado o dejado en su mano, o bien por haber robado o despojado a su prójimo,

Lorsque quelqu'un péchera et commettra une infidélité envers l'Éternel, en mentant à son prochain au sujet d'un dépôt, d'un objet confié à sa garde, d'une chose volée ou soustraite par fraude,

"If a person sins and commits a trespass against the LORD by lying to his neighbor about what was delivered to him for safekeeping, or about a pledge, or about a robbery, or if he has extorted from his neighbor,

edota galdua zegoen gauza bat aurkitu duela ukatuz, edota, gizartean egin ohi den bidegabekerietakoren bat zuritzeko gezurretan zin eginez,

o por haber hallado lo perdido y negarlo después, o por jurar en falso en alguna de aquellas cosas en que suele pecar el hombre;

en niant d'avoir trouvé une chose perdue, ou en faisant un faux serment sur une chose quelconque de nature à constituer un péché;

"or if he has found what was lost and lies concerning it, and swears falsely -- in any one of these things that a man may do in which he sins:

bekatu egiten du eta errudun bihurtzen da. Beraz, itzuli edo ordaindu egin beharko du, bai ostu edo bortxaz kendu duena, bai zaintzeko utzi zaiona edo, galdua egonik, berak aurkitu duen gauza;

entonces, si ha pecado y ofendido, restituirá aquello que robó, o el daño del despojo, o el depósito que se le encomendó, o lo perdido que halló,

lorsqu'il péchera ainsi et se rendra coupable, il restituera la chose qu'il a volée ou soustraite par fraude, la chose qui lui avait été confiée en dépôt, la chose perdue qu'il a trouvée,

"then it shall be, because he has sinned and is guilty, that he shall restore what he has stolen, or the thing which he has extorted, or what was delivered to him for safekeeping, or the lost thing which he found,
