"you shall not listen to the words of that prophet or that dreamer of dreams, for the LORD your God is testing you to know whether you love the LORD your God with all your heart and with all your soul.

"You shall walk after the LORD your God and fear Him, and keep His commandments and obey His voice, and you shall serve Him and hold fast to Him.

Tal profeta o soñador de sueños deberá morir, por cuanto aconsejó la rebelión contra Jehová, vuestro Dios, que te sacó de tierra de Egipto y te rescató de la casa de servidumbre, y trató de apartarte del camino por el cual Jehová, tu Dios, te mandó que anduvieras. Así apartarás el mal de en medio de ti.

"But that prophet or that dreamer of dreams shall be put to death, because he has spoken in order to turn [you] away from the LORD your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt and redeemed you from the house of bondage, to entice you from the way in which the LORD your God commanded you to walk. So you shall put away the evil from your midst.

Delako profeta edo ikusketaria, berriz, hil egin behar da, Egiptotik atera eta esklabotzatik askatu zintuzten Jaunaren zuen Jainkoaren aurka errebeldia predikatu duelako eta Jaunak zuen Jainkoak agindutako ibilbidetik zuek saihesten ahalegindu delako. " If your brother, the son of your mother, your son or your daughter, the wife of your bosom, or your friend who is as your own soul, secretly entices you, saying, 'Let us go and serve other gods,' which you have not known, neither you nor your fathers,

Ez egin kasurik, ez entzun ere; ez izan horrelakoen gupidarik, ez barkatu, ezta estali ere errua;

sino que lo matarás; tu mano se alzará primero sobre él para matarlo, y después la mano de todo el pueblo.

Mais tu le feras mourir; ta main se lèvera la première sur lui pour le mettre à mort, et la main de tout le peuple ensuite;

"but you shall surely kill him; your hand shall be first against him to put him to death, and afterward the hand of all the people.

"So all Israel shall hear and fear, and not again do such wickedness as this among you.

Des gens pervers sont sortis du milieu de toi, et ont séduit les habitants de leur ville en disant: Allons, et servons d'autres dieux ! des dieux que tu ne connais point

'Corrupt men have gone out from among you and enticed the inhabitants of their city, saying, "Let us go and serve other gods" ' -- which you have not known --

ikertu lehenengo, zehatz-mehatz galdetuz eta aztertuz. Eta ikusten baduzue, egiaz gertatu dela zuen artean gaiztakeria hori,

"then you shall inquire, search out, and ask diligently. And [if it is] indeed true [and] certain [that] such an abomination was committed among you,

zeharo suntsituko duzue hiria, barruan den guztiarekin: ezpataz garbituko dituzue jendea eta abereak,

irremisiblemente herirás a filo de espada a los habitantes de aquella ciudad, destruyéndola con todo lo que haya en ella, y también matarás sus ganados a filo de espada.

alors tu frapperas du tranchant de l'épée les habitants de cette ville, tu la dévoueras par interdit avec tout ce qui s'y trouvera, et tu en passeras le bétail au fil de l'épée.

"you shall surely strike the inhabitants of that city with the edge of the sword -- utterly destroying it, all that is in it and its livestock, with the edge of the sword.

eta harrapakin guztiak, plaza erdian bildurik, hiriarekin batera erreko dituzue Jaunaren zeuen Jainkoaren ohorez. Betiko hondamendi izango da eta ez dute sekula berreraikiko.

Juntarás todo su botín en medio de la plaza y prenderás fuego a la ciudad con todo su botín, todo ello como holocausto a Jehová, tu Dios. Quedará convertido en un montón de ruinas para siempre; nunca más será edificada.

Tu amasseras tout le butin au milieu de la place, et tu brûleras entièrement au feu la ville avec tout son butin, devant l'Éternel, ton Dieu: elle sera pour toujours un monceau de ruines, elle ne sera jamais rebâtie.

"And you shall gather all its plunder into the middle of the street, and completely burn with fire the city and all its plunder, for the LORD your God. It shall be a heap forever; it shall not be built again.

Ez gorde hiri horretako ezertxo ere, Jaunak bere haserrea baretu eta errukia azal diezazuen; orduan, gupidaturik, ugaldu egingo zaituzte, zuen arbasoei zin egin bezala;

"No te quedarás con nada del anatema, para que Jehová se aparte del ardor de su ira, tenga misericordia y compasión de ti, y te multiplique, como lo juró a tus padres,

"So none of the accursed things shall remain in your hand, that the LORD may turn from the fierceness of His anger and show you mercy, have compassion on you and multiply you, just as He swore to your fathers,

"because you have listened to the voice of the LORD your God, to keep all His commandments which I command you today, to do [what is] right in the eyes of the LORD your God.

"Zuek Jaunaren zeuen Jainkoaren seme-alaba zarete. Ez duzue gorputza urratuko, ezta soilduko ere buruaren aurrealdea, dolua adierazteko.

"Hijos sois de Jehová, vuestro Dios; no os haréis incisiones ni os raparéis a causa de un muerto.

Vous êtes les enfants de l'Éternel, votre Dieu. Vous ne vous ferez point d'incisions et vous ne vous ferez point de place chauve entre les yeux pour un mort.

"You [are] the children of the LORD your God; you shall not cut yourselves nor shave the front of your head for the dead.

Jaunarentzat zeuen Jainkoarentzat sagaraturiko herri zarete; berak hautatu zaituzte bere herri, bere jabego berezi, izateko.

Porque eres pueblo santo a Jehová, tu Dios, y Jehová te ha escogido para que le seas un pueblo único entre todos los pueblos que están sobre la tierra.

Car tu es un peuple saint pour l'Éternel, ton Dieu; et l'Éternel, ton Dieu, t'a choisi, pour que tu fusses un peuple qui lui appartînt entre tous les peuples qui sont sur la face de la terre.

"For you [are] a holy people to the LORD your God, and the LORD has chosen you to be a people for Himself, a special treasure above all the peoples who [are] on the face of the earth.

"Ez duzue Jaunak debekaturiko ezer jango.

"Nada abominable comerás.

Tu ne mangeras aucune chose abominable.

" You shall not eat any detestable thing.

Hona hemen jan ditzakezuen animaliak: zezena, bildotsa, antxumea,

Voici les animaux que vous mangerez: le boeuf, la brebis et la chèvre;

"These [are] the animals which you may eat: the ox, the sheep, the goat,

Vous mangerez de tout animal qui a la corne fendue, le pied fourchu, et qui rumine.

"And you may eat every animal with cloven hooves, having the hoof split into two parts, [and that] chews the cud, among the animals.

Beraz, hausnartzaileak diren edo apatxak bitan banaturik dituzten animalien artean ezin izanen duzue jan, ez gamelua, ez erbia, ez azkonarra; hausnartzaile izan arren, ez baitute bitan banaturiko apatxik; kutsatutzat edukiko dituzue;

Pero estos no comeréis entre los que rumian o entre los que tienen la pezuña hendida: el camello, la liebre y el conejo, porque rumian, pero no tienen la pezuña hendida; os serán inmundos.

Mais vous ne mangerez pas de ceux qui ruminent seulement, ou qui ont la corne fendue et le pied fourchu seulement. Ainsi, vous ne mangerez pas le chameau, le lièvre et le daman, qui ruminent, mais qui n'ont pas la corne fendue: vous les regarderez comme impurs.

"Nevertheless, of those that chew the cud or have cloven hooves, you shall not eat, [such as] these: the camel, the hare, and the rock hyrax; for they chew the cud but do not have cloven hooves; they [are] unclean for you.

"Also the swine is unclean for you, because it has cloven hooves, yet [does] not [chew] the cud; you shall not eat their flesh or touch their dead carcasses.

" These you may eat of all that [are] in the waters: you may eat all that have fins and scales.

"And whatever does not have fins and scales you shall not eat; it [is] unclean for you.

" All clean birds you may eat.

"You may eat all clean birds.

"Ez duzue jango berez hildako abereren haragirik; eman zuekin bizi den etorkinari, jan dezan, edota saldu atzerritarrei. Zuek Jaunarentzat zeuen Jainkoarentzat sagaraturiko herri zarete. "Ez egosi antxumerik amaren esnetan.

"No comeréis ningún animal muerto. Al extranjero que está en tus poblaciones se lo darás, y él podrá comerlo; o véndelo a un extranjero, porque tú eres un pueblo consagrado a Jehová, tu Dios. "No cocerás el cabrito en la leche de su madre.

Vous ne mangerez d'aucune bête morte; tu la donneras à l'étranger qui sera dans tes portes, afin qu'il la mange, ou tu la vendras à un étranger; car tu es un peuple saint pour l'Éternel, ton Dieu. Tu ne feras point cuire un chevreau dans le lait de sa mère.

" You shall not eat anything that dies [of itself;] you may give it to the alien who [is] within your gates, that he may eat it, or you may sell it to a foreigner; for you [are] a holy people to the LORD your God. You shall not boil a young goat in its mother's milk.

"Urtero, zeuen lurreko uztaren emaitzen hamarrena bereiziko duzue.

"Indefectiblemente diezmarás todo el producto del grano que rinda tu campo cada año.

Tu lèveras la dîme de tout ce que produira ta semence, de ce que rapportera ton champ chaque année.

" You shall truly tithe all the increase of your grain that the field produces year by year.

Comerás delante de Jehová, tu Dios, en el lugar que él escoja para poner allí su nombre, el diezmo de tu grano, de tu vino y de tu aceite, y las primicias de tus manadas y de tus ganados, para que aprendas a temer a Jehová, tu Dios, todos los días.

Et tu mangeras devant l'Éternel, ton Dieu, dans le lieu qu'il choisira pour y faire résider son nom, la dîme de ton blé, de ton moût et de ton huile, et les premiers-nés de ton gros et de ton menu bétail, afin que tu apprennes à craindre toujours l'Éternel, ton Dieu.

"And you shall eat before the LORD your God, in the place where He chooses to make His name abide, the tithe of your grain and your new wine and your oil, of the firstborn of your herds and your flocks, that you may learn to fear the LORD your God always.

Baina Jaunak zuen Jainkoak beretzat aukeratutako lekutik urruti bizi bazarete eta, Jaunak uzta oparoak eman dizkizuelarik, hamarrenak eramateko egin beharreko bidea luzeegia bada,

Si el camino es tan largo que no puedas llevarlo, por estar lejos de ti el lugar que Jehová, tu Dios, haya escogido para poner en él su nombre, cuando Jehová, tu Dios, te haya bendecido,

Peut-être lorsque l'Éternel, ton Dieu, t'aura béni, le chemin sera-t-il trop long pour que tu puisses transporter ta dîme, à cause de ton éloignement du lieu qu'aura choisi l'Éternel, ton Dieu, pour y faire résider son nom.

"But if the journey is too long for you, so that you are not able to carry [the tithe, or] if the place where the LORD your God chooses to put His name is too far from you, when the LORD your God has blessed you,

diruz trukatuko dituzue eta, dirua harturik, Jaunak aukeraturiko lekura joango zarete.

entonces lo venderás, llevarás el dinero contigo e irás al lugar que Jehová, tu Dios, escoja.

Alors, tu échangeras ta dîme contre de l'argent, tu serreras cet argent dans ta main, et tu iras au lieu que l'Éternel, ton Dieu, aura choisi.

"then you shall exchange [it] for money, take the money in your hand, and go to the place which the LORD your God chooses.

Diruaz, gura duzuena erosiko duzue han, abere handi nahiz txiki, ardoa, pattarra nahiz beste edozein gauza, eta Jaunaren zeuen Jainkoaren aurrean otordu sakratua egingo duzue eta festa ospatuko zeuen etxekoekin.

Allí entregarás el dinero por todo lo que deseas: por vacas, por ovejas, por vino, por sidra o por cualquier cosa que tú desees. Comerás allí delante de Jehová, tu Dios, y te alegrarás, tú y tu familia.

Là, tu achèteras avec l'argent tout ce que tu désireras, des boeufs, des brebis, du vin et des liqueurs fortes, tout ce qui te fera plaisir, tu mangeras devant l'Éternel, ton Dieu, et tu te réjouiras, toi et ta famille.

"And you shall spend that money for whatever your heart desires: for oxen or sheep, for wine or similar drink, for whatever your heart desires; you shall eat there before the LORD your God, and you shall rejoice, you and your household.

Ez utzi bertan behera zuekin hiri berean bizi den lebitarra, ez baitu zuek bezala lur-sailik ondaretzat hartu.

"No desampararás al levita que habite en tus poblaciones, porque no tiene parte ni heredad contigo.

"You shall not forsake the Levite who [is] within your gates, for he has no part nor inheritance with you.

"Al cabo de tres años sacarás todo el diezmo de tus productos de aquel año, y lo guardarás en tus ciudades.

" At the end of [every] third year you shall bring out the tithe of your produce of that year and store [it] up within your gates.

horrela, ondaretzat zuek bezala lur-sailik hartu ez duen lebitarrak eta zuekin bizi diren etorkin, umezurtz eta alargunek zer jana izango dute; eta Jaunak zeuen Jainkoak eginkizun guztiak ongi burutzeko bidea emango dizue.

Allí vendrá el levita, que no tiene parte ni heredad contigo, el extranjero, el huérfano y la viuda que haya en tus poblaciones, y comerán y se saciarán, para que Jehová, tu Dios, te bendiga en toda obra que tus manos hagan.

Alors viendront le Lévite, qui n'a ni part ni héritage avec toi, l'étranger, l'orphelin et la veuve, qui seront dans tes portes, et ils mangeront et se rassasieront, afin que l'Éternel, ton Dieu, te bénisse dans tous les travaux que tu entreprendras de tes mains.

"And the Levite, because he has no portion nor inheritance with you, and the stranger and the fatherless and the widow who [are] within your gates, may come and eat and be satisfied, that the LORD your God may bless you in all the work of your hand which you do.

"Zazpi urtez behin, zor guztiak barkatuko dituzue.

"Cada siete años harás remisión.

Tous les sept ans, tu feras relâche.

"At the end of [every] seven years you shall grant a release [of debts.]

Hona nola egingo duzuen: Jaunaren ohorez zorren barkamen-urtea aldarrikatzean, lagun hurkoari mailegu egin dionak barkatu egingo dio maileguz emana; ez du lagun hurko herritarra zorra itzultzera behartuko.

"En esto consiste la remisión: perdonará a su deudor todo aquel que haya prestado algo de su pertenencia, con lo cual obligó a su prójimo; no lo demandará más a su prójimo, o a su hermano, porque ha sido proclamada la remisión de Jehová.

Et voici comment s'observera le relâche. Quand on aura publié le relâche en l'honneur de l'Éternel, tout créancier qui aura fait un prêt à son prochain se relâchera de son droit, il ne pressera pas son prochain et son frère pour le paiement de sa dette.

"And this [is] the form of the release: Every creditor who has lent [anything] to his neighbor shall release [it;] he shall not require [it] of his neighbor or his brother, because it is called the LORD's release.

Atzerritarra bai, behartu dezakezue zorrak ordaintzera; baina herritarrari barkatu egingo dizkiozue.

Del extranjero demandarás el reintegro; pero lo que tu hermano tenga de ti, se lo perdonarás.

Tu pourras presser l'étranger; mais tu te relâcheras de ton droit pour ce qui t'appartiendra chez ton frère.

"Of a foreigner you may require [it;] but you shall give up your claim to what is owed by your brother,

"Egia da ez dela zuen artean behartsurik izango, oparo bedeinkatuko baitzaituzte Jaunak zeuen Jainkoak berak jabetzan emango dizuen lurraldean,

Así no habrá mendigos entre los tuyos, pues Jehová te bendecirá con abundancia en la tierra que Jehová, tu Dios, te da por heredad, para que la tomes en posesión,

Toutefois, il n'y aura point d'indigent chez toi, car l'Éternel te bénira dans le pays que l'Éternel, ton Dieu, te fera posséder en héritage,

"except when there may be no poor among you; for the LORD will greatly bless you in the land which the LORD your God is giving you to possess [as] an inheritance --

arretaz obeditzen badiozue eta gaur nik emandako agindu guztiak betetzen saiatzen bazarete.

si escuchas fielmente la voz de Jehová, tu Dios, para guardar y cumplir todos estos mandamientos que yo te ordeno hoy.

pourvu seulement que tu obéisses à la voix de l'Éternel, ton Dieu, en mettant soigneusement en pratique tous ces commandements que je te prescris aujourd'hui.

"only if you carefully obey the voice of the LORD your God, to observe with care all these commandments which I command you today.
