Facilities

Our research group, which is integrated in the scientific infrastructure of the Department of Physiology, share the working lab with another research group from the Department.  We have the following facilities and equipment:

• Laboratory with basic research infrastructure.
• Unit of cellular cultures
• Unit of molecular biology for DNA and RNA managment,  Biología Molecular para el manejo de DNA y RNA, spectrophotometers (conventional and Nanodrop), real time PCR system
• Radioactive installation (II level)
• Liquid scintillation counters
• Various separation systems (FPLC, HPLC, TLC, electrophoresis...)
• Concentratos-evaporator
• Ultrafreezers
• Fluoimeters, quantification systems by image analysis
• Unltracentrifugation systems
• Laboratory of chromatography (equipped with gas- and gas/mass chromatographs)
