OSEKI. Initiative for the right to health
OSEKI is a collaborative initiative between the university (OPIK) and social agents (medicusmundi Araba, medicusmundi Bizkaia, medicusmundi Gipuzkoa, with collaboration of the Basque Forum for Health),
that was created with the aim of documenting, systematizing and disseminating knowledge about the importance that of the social determinants of health in the political and social debate, and decision-making in order to achieve a better health for the entire population.
These are the areas where OSEKI focus:
- Social determinants of health
- Social inequalities in health
- Health systems
The initiative aims at disseminate this knowledge to a wide and non-expert audience. Each document can be accessed on the OSEKI website.
