Biography

Olatz Lucas Zubiaurre studied her Primary Education degree with a mention in Foreign Language at the University of the Basque Country UPV/EHU. Later she did a Master’s in Multilingualism and Education at the same University. She also studied the mention in Music Education at UNIR. She has worked in Primary Education mainly as an English teacher. She has also worked as an educator in non-formal education for six years. She currently works as a researcher in the Translanguaging Pedagogically in the Curriculum (PeTransCur) project financed by the Spanish Ministry of Science and Innovation as a contracted researcher in the DREAM research group. Her main interests are language teaching and learning processes, multilingual education and translanguaging
