Industrial Engineer from the University of Navarra and PhD from the University of the Basque Country. I am currently a professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the Faculty of Engineering of Gipuzkoa, teaching the subject Applied Mechanics in the degrees of Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Electronic and Automatic Engineering and Industrial Electrical Engineering and the subject Kinematics and Dynamics of Machinery in the degree of Mechanical Engineering.

Regarding research, I belong to the Mechanics of Materials Research Group, MecMat, at the University of the Basque Country. The research activity is oriented to the mechanical characterization of continuous fiber composite materials.
