In terms of research, I am the author of several papers published in JCR/SJR indexed journals . I have participated in 3 research projects. In addition, I have presented several contributions to national and international congresses and I have completed a research stay at the University of Antwerp. At the teaching level I teach subjects both in the degree of Psychology (Psychopathology and Dependence disorders) as in the Master's Degree in Health (advances in psychopathology and intervention in situations of violence and victimization) and the Master's in Research in Clinical Psychology.Regarding management, I have been coordinator of the degree in Psychology (2021-2023) and I am currently vicedean of mobility at the Faculty of Psychology.
My lines of research focus on different risks of the Internet for adolescents and their accumulation and impact on the quality of life . These risks include both relational problems (e.g. bullying, cyberbullying, cyber dating abuse, sexting, FoMO) and those of dysfunctional use of technology (e.g. problematic use of the Internet, Internet Gaming Disorder) and how these relate to personal and family variables in order to prevent them.
