1. Knowing how to use laboratory, experimental and biosecurity procedures in order to study the role of microorganisms in health and the environment.
2. Knowing how to use the information and communication technologies to access microbiology's bibliographical resources and to critically analyse the data.
3. Integrating knowledge based on existing scientific information into the design of new hypotheses and projects and applying this in new areas of the Master's degree in Microbiology and Health.
4. Knowing how to apply and develop, in multidisciplinary contexts, the experimental procedures, concepts, principles and theories related to microorganisms, in the environment and health.
5. Being able to analyse and debate the results obtained, communicate them orally or in writing to specialised or non-specialised audiences, and advise people and organisations.
