Methodology
The basic structure of the one-year program is as follows:Course type Credits (ECTS)Obligatory 12Optional 33Master thesis 15Total 60The obligatory courses will be taught through the medium of English. Thus, a level of B2 or independent user is needed to enroll. Part of the optional courses will be through English and another part will be through Basque and/or Spanish. It is possible to follow a full program through English. The student can also choose to follow part of the program through English and another part through Basque or Spanish.Assessment
The broad offer of courses will allow the students to take up subjects that are most relevant to their professional development. Students will be guided in choosing the most appropriate optional subjects for their future career.The students will be in contact with diverse multilingual education programs and they may give different weight in their individual program to certain areas (e.g. minority languages, immigration, curriculum development, research methods, evaluation techniques).The former educational and work-experiences of students will be taken into account and may lead to exemptions of parts of the program.The curriculum has been planned keeping in mind that this is a European Master in which students participate from the Basque Country, the rest of Spain, other parts of Europe and from around the world. The students will be evaluated on the quality of their oral presentations, practical tasks, homework assignments, participation in class, term-papers, final exams, the trainee-ship and the Master-thesis.- Number of credits ECTS : 15
