Graduate (1999) and PhD in Biochemistry (2005) by the UPV / EHU, he is an associate professor of the Faculty of Medicine and Nursing. He has taught subjects related to Physiology, Cell Biology and Histology in different university programs as Nursing, Pharmacy, Nutrition and Human Dietetics, Environmental Sciences, Food Science and Technology, Dentistry and Medicine since 2003. His research work has been focused on the study of cellular communication peptide systems in physiological processes related to human fertility and cell differentiation. Currently, he is part of the Research Group Stem Cells and Cell Signaling, of the Department of Cell Biology and Histology of the University of the Basque Country (UPV / EHU)
