Instructions for posters
- Posters should be exclusively in English.
- Posters should be created in A0 size (841 mm x 1189 mm), in portrait orientation.
- The organizing Committee will provide the poster panels and stickers.
- Poster sessions (for ALL posters) will be on Thursday, June 23, from 16:00 to 17:00 h and on Friday, June 24, from 10:40-11:20 h.
- Posters should be put up on Thursday (June 23) morning (NOT possible before this day) and may be left up until 14:00 h on Friday, June 24. All posters left up after this time will be discarded.
Instructions for oral communications
- English is highly recommended for oral presentations, but Spanish and French languages are accepted.
- Presentations MUST be viewable using Windows 7.
- Presentations should be produced in Microsoft Windows PowerPoint 2007. Those created with more advanced versions may be problematic. Slides should be sized for screen show (16:9), with landscape orientation.
- Presentations in PREZI and PDF formats readable by Adobe Reader are also acceptable. However, presenters with PDFs created with Apple Mac computers should check if they are viewable in Windows 7 beforehand.
- Videos can be reproduced with updated VLC software. MPG4 format is highly recommended. Avoid too high resolutions.
- Presenters should copy all videos and audios attached to the presentation in the same folder together with the presentation.
- Presentations are limited to 15 minutes plus 5 minutes for questions.
- Presenting authors must bring their work on a memory stick to the IT cubicle located inside the Mitxelena Auditorium. Those giving the presentation on Wednesday, June 22, should bring it AT LEAST 2 HOURS PRIOR TO THE SCHEDULED TIME of their presentation. Those presenting their work on Thursday, June 23, and Friday, June 24, they should upload their work the day before presentation. Files should be named using the following format: Session xxx_author last name (e.g. Session1_Costoya)

There will be student awards for best oral presentations and posters. A student who has entered an oral presentation or poster in the awards competition must be the first author.
