PhD (2022) in Nutrigenomics and Personalized Nutrition and graduated (2015) in Nursing from the University of the Basque Country (UPV/EHU). Her professional activity began in 2015 in Osakidetza, mainly in the services of the Intensive Care Unit and Primary Care (mostly pediatrics). She currently teaches at the UPV / EHU since 2017. Her line of research focuses on the lifestyles of the university community.

She is co-author of several scientific articles, she has participated in different research projects and national congresses. She has done a stay at the Oslo Metropolitan University (Norway). She has participated in the UPV / EHU food vending machine tender. Currently, she holds the academic secretariat of the Department of Nursing I.
