These are the main competences for which this degree will qualify you:
- Acquiring cognitive, instrumental and emotive skills that make students autonomous and enable them to work individually and in teams, to take initiatives and make decisions, to assume risks, to act as leaders and entrepreneurs and to apply continuous improvement.
- An ability to communicate fluently and correctly in writing and orally, using reasoning and critical thinking, in issues concerned with business operations.
- An ability to work sensibly and confidently in the field of business management.
- An understanding of the framework, elements and relations that make up the current situation of the economy and of business in the context of increasingly globalised markets.
- An understanding of the processes and operations linked to different areas of business (organisation & administration, accounting, financing, taxation, marketing) and applying suitable tools to manage them.
- Assessing the significance of economic, legal, financial and commercial information to the various areas of activity of organisations and drawing up reports for use in problem solving and decision making.
- Integrating ICTs and foreign language skills into their professional careers.
- Taking on board the importance of basing the practice of their professions on sound principles of ethics, commitment and responsibility.
