If you need some kind of practical assistance during the FJIM 2014, you can ask any one of the volunteers at the reception desk or in/around the lecture rooms. They are identified with a red ribbon lanyard. Members of the organising committee are also identified in this manner, and they will be ready to help if your problem cannot be solved by the volunteers.
