Material resources
The Doctoral Program in Contemporary History it conducted and taught with the resources of the participating Universities.At the University of the Basque Country/Euskal Herriko Unibertsitatea (UPV/EHU): The two UPV/EHU centres where the Doctoral Program of Contemporary History is located (the Faculty of Social Sciences and Communication and the Faculty of Arts) and the Master's and Doctoral School provide suitable material resources and services to ensure the satisfactory carrying out of the doctoral training activities, in accordance with the criteria of universal accessibility and design for all, as stipulated by Law 51/2003, dated 2 December. In addition, the UPV/EHU has the General Research Services (SGIker), the Campus Libraries, the Campus Language Laboratories and the external relations addresses of the Campuses, among other premises.Moreover, the Department of Contemporary History of the UPV/EHU has a Microfilming Laboratory (with a PAS member assigned to it) which provides support for the research of the doctoral students. While it has a huge amount of microfilmed and digitalized documentation, it also has all the necessary infrastructure to facilitate the archive and library work of the department students.
