Special Session acceptance

10^th January, 2010

Special sessions will be published on HAIS'10 webpage. Authors willing to propose papers for any special session must follow the normal job sending procedure, stating explicitly the corresponding special session.

Submission of papers by Authors

1^st March, 2010

The format specified in Submission must be used by authors in order to write their contributions. The procedure to submit contributions is described in Submission. Some special sessions have submission deadlines after the date from the General Track, if you are planning to submit to another special session, please contact the corresponding Special Session contact person

Notification of provisional acceptance

15^th March, 2010

Information about the evaluation of the papers and suggested changes will be sent to authors before this date.

Submission of final source files

8^th April, 2010

Final versions of the accepted papers must be handed in by its authors before this date.

Early registration (special rates)

8^th April, 2010

Attendants to the conference must register before this date to get special rates. At least one person must register per paper; otherwise that paper will not be included in the conference proceedings (LNCS, Springer Verlag) (see section registration).
