In-line Alkaline Texturization of Crystalline Silicon Wafers
The University of the Basque Country has developed new recipes for the texturization of monocrystalline silicon wafers. These recipes are environmentally friendly and could be used with in-line systems.
In collaboration with the LUMIPLAS company has developed an in-line system able to perform high throughput processing of solar cells.
