We are glad to receive you at our University during the academic year 2024/25.
If you are planning to come to our centre (Faculty of Psychology) through a mobility exchange program (Erasmus, America Latina, SICUE), in the following sections you will find all the required information.

Academic Calendar
The academic year is organized in 2 semesters:
- 1st semester: classes start at the beginning of September until the end of December. The regular exams period is in January.
- 2nd semester: from the end of January until mid-May. The regular exams period is in May and June.
- There is an extraordinary period for exams form the last week of June to the first weeks of July.
The exact academic calendar with the final timetables for each subject is published in July on our website (although it is roughly similar to the previous academic year).

- Data & Design Analysis: Non Experimental Method (6 ECTS, first semester)
- Psychology of the Family (4,5 ECTS, first semester)
- Social Psychology (6 ECTS, first semester)
- Group Psychology (6 ECTS, second semester)
Application procedure
Deadlines:
- 15th June for the first semester.
- 15th November for the second semester.
Procedure: once your university has sent us your nomination by email, we will send to you the information package. You will then need to send us the fulfilled Application Form.
After receiving your Application form, we will include you in our Students Management System and you will receive a link. Through that link, you can fill in all the required information on the application form and you may upload your documents: usually a copy of your passport and your learning agreement.

Deadlines:
- 30th June for first semester or full academic year.
- 15th October for second semester.
Spanish / Basque courses for foreigners
Our university offers intensive Spanish courses on August-September, before the term begins, as well as regular Spanish and Basque courses along the two semesters.

Buddy Program
Accommodation
The most common option for exchange-students is to rent a flat shared by 3 or 4 people. There are also some residences as well as the possibility to live with a local family.
