This action enables teaching and other staff of higher education institutions to spend a period of training of 5 working days in an HEI (Higher Education Institution).

The objectives of this staff mobility for training are:

• To allow the staff of higher education institutions to acquire knowledge or specific know-how from experiences and good practices abroad as well as practical skills relevant for their current job and their professional development;
• To help building up cooperation between higher education institutions and enterprises;
• To motivate students and staff to become mobile and to assist them in preparing a mobility period. The stay in the partner enterprise, organization or institution can be called a variety of names: short secondment period, job-shadowing scheme, study visit, workshop, conference etc.

• April 2024: Visit of Prof. Francesca Manes of the University of Naples Federico II to Sarriko.

• March 2024: Visit of Jan Strelinger from the University of Economics in Bratislava (Slovakia) to the Faculty of Economics and Business (Elcano and San Sebastian) through the Erasmus+ Teaching Mobility Program (PDI)

• September 2023: Visit of Martina Metzger and Jennifer Pedussel Wu from the University of Economics and Law from Berlin to the Faculty of Economics and Business (Bilbao - Sarriko) through the Erasmus+ Teaching Mobility Program (PDI)

• September 2023: Visit of Jacek Welc from SRH Berlin University of Applied Sciences to the Faculty of Economics and Business (Bilbao - Elkano) through the Erasmus+ Teaching Mobility Program (PDI)

• September 2023: Visit of Mónica Coelho from Instituto Politécnico do Porto to the Faculty of Economics and Business (Donostia - San Sebastián) through the Erasmus+ Mobility for Training Program (PDI/ PTGAS)

• September 2023: Visit of Frank Kalenberg from the HWR Berlin School of Economics and Law to the Faculty of Economics and Business (Donostia - San Sebastian) through the Erasmus+ Mobility for Teaching (PDI) Program
