Ingeniera Industrial y Doctora por la Universidad del País Vasco. Actualmente su actividad docente se centra en el área de investigación operativa, estadística, organización de empresas y la gestión de las personas. En lo referido a la investigación, ha participado en varios proyectos/contratos de investigación y ha publicado una docena de artículos en revistas de prestigio incluidas en bases de datos como JCR, SCOPUS o Dice. Además, ha participado en una docena de Congresos tanto nacionales como internacionales, destacando los Congresos de Ingeniería de Organización.
