The Institute of Microelectronic Technology (TiM) is a University Institute of the University of the Basque Country with the participation of the Provincial Government of Alava and GAIA (the Association of Industries for Electronic and Information Technologies in the Basque Country). The Institute focuses its research activities on photovoltaics and microelectronics.
