Equipment
The Service has an instrumental supply that includes scanning and transmission electron microscopy, conventional fluorescence and optical microscopy, confocal microscopy and flow cytometry, together with the necessary instruments for the preparation of samples and for the processing and analysis of the images obtained. .

- FIJI: Program to view and process microscopy images
- SGIker online course on digital imaging in microscopy - Course 20207: Course on the management of the ImageJ / FIJI computer application. This free course was taught during the period of confinement caused by the COVID-19 health emergency. It is an adaptation to the online format of the annual course that is part of the SGIker training offer.
