SAREN seeks the integral sustainability and resilience of the built environment taking into account the current challenges: aging of the building stock and climate change. Obtaining a functional, energy-efficient and resilient building stock will be based on optimal management, on the development of solutions through eco-design (at material, construction system and urban scale) and on the digitalization of the sector. This will result in a higher quality and technologically advanced sector, as well as an improvement in the quality of life (comfort and health) of citizens.
