At the proposal of the Consul General of France in Bilbao, I have been appointed Chevalier de l'Ordre des Palmes académiques by the French Minister of National Education, M. Jean-Michel Blanquer for my personal and professional commitment to the service of university excellence and for my contribution to the success of cross-border university cooperation between the Basque Country and France.
