Within the framework of the research project carried out by Son Medicusmundi and fed by its results, the Tirante Platform carried out the musical-theatrical work "Health at the best price". “Health at the best price” is a theatrical and musical street action about 15 minutes long about public health that demands access to public and universal health. The work is bilingual (Basque and Spanish). The action shows the death of public healthcare in a symbolic-theatrical way, and thanks to that death, private healthcare is born, in this case, a very special medical center called Elit, where the most important thing is the clients.

Public health, the well-being of people as a whole, is for sale.

The work has been performed in the streets of Basque municipalities such as Bilbao, Zumaia, Tolosa, Izarra, Vitoria-Gasteiz, Laudio, Basauri, Erandio, Santurtzi, Hondarribia, Arrasate or Donostia.
